Stir Fry Seasoning for Chinese Stir Fry Vegetables image

Stir Fry Seasoning for Chinese Stir Fry Vegetables can be served as a side with a Chinese meal or alone with rice.

3/4 c liquid aminos
1/4 - 1/8 c wine
1/8 c cornstarch
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/8 c honey (may also use raw sugar)
3 Tbsp vinegar
1 large bag frozen stir fry vegetables

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together well.
  • Preheat wok.
  • Add several tablespoons peanut oil (may substitute coconut or olive oil) to wok and swirl to coat sides of wok.
  • Add vegetables (denser ones first) and stir fry until just tender.
  • Pour sauce mixture over vegetables and continue stirring until the sauce thickens.
  • Serve hot and Enjoy!

2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons dried minced onions
2 tablespoons instant garlic, minced
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon crushed red bell pepper (dried)

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, stir bouillon granules, cornstarch, sugar, onion, garlic, parsley, ginger and red pepper until blended.
  • Store in an airtight container in a cool place.
  • Stir mixture before measuring.
  • Use like any dry stir-fry mix.
  • 1 tablespoon equals one packet.

Steps:

  • To prep ahead, combine all dry ingredients in a small-sized mixing bowl.
  • Mix until thoroughly combined. If not using immediately, pour your homemade stir-fry seasoning mix into a sealable jar until ready for use.
  • Once you're ready to use your seasoning, combine the dry contents with the soy sauce and water in a mixing bowl.
  • Whisk until well-combined before use.
