- In a small saucepan add 3 cups of water and bring to a boil. Once the water starts boiling place tea bags inside and remove them from heat. Set aside and allow to steep for at least 10 minutes.
- In a food processor/blender blend strawberries until smooth. In a strainer over a bowl press strawberry puree with a spoon until completely strained and only pulp remains. Set aside.
- In your preferred pitcher pour cooled tea and add the desired amount of sugar for prepared sweetness. Stir until sugar dissolves. Add remaining 3 cups of water. Add in strained strawberry puree, stirring until combined. Depending on the amount of mint flavor you can add mint leaves into the pitcher, or individually with each glass. Stirring and letting the flavor come through. Enjoy!
