Strawberry basil infused vodka is an easy way to make flavorful cocktails without having the drinks be too fruity or sweet.

5-6 basil leaves
10 ounces of vodka

Steps:

  • Place sliced strawberries and basil leaves, layered into a pint sized jar.
  • Pour vodka over top of the fruit and herbs till completely.
  • Let infuse for two days and then strain the vodka and store till ready to drink.

375 milliliters vodka

  • Place the strawberries, blueberries, cherries, whole basil leaves and vanilla bean in a 1-quart mason jar. Fill the jar to just below the brim with the vodka, then secure the lid and set aside for 1 week before enjoying.
