Steps:

Blend strawberries, coconut water, ice, rum, sugar, and vanilla extract together in a blender until frozen and slushy.

Using a hand-held electric mixer, whip the cream until frothy. While whipping at low speed, gently sprinkle in the sugar, cocoa powder, and cayenne until well combined.
Transfer to a bowl and serve with strawberries for dipping.

I love having hot cocoa mix on hand but wanted a recipe with a little zing to it. I looked at the best recipes I found around and took the best parts of them, adapted to my own taste and came up with a great, spicy, instant hot cocoa mix.

1 cup cocoa
3 cups powdered sugar
3 cups powdered milk
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, to taste
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves, to taste
1 teaspoon salt

Steps:

Mix all ingredients in an air tight container.
Add minimum of 3 tablespoons of mix to 6-8oz of hot water or milk, to taste.
Number of servings depends on how much mix you use. I guessed on the actual number for the recipe.

A clever Valentine's Day treat made with instant strawberry milk mix, white chocolate chips and chocolate melting wafers.

Ingredients

1 bag (12 oz.) white chocolate chips or white vanilla baking chips
2/3 cup 25% less-sugar instant strawberry milk mix
6 oz white chocolate melting wafers or white candy melts
Red and pink candy sprinkles

Steps:

In small microwavable bowl, place white chocolate chips. Microwave chips uncovered on High in 30-second increments, stirring well between each, until chips can be stirred smooth. Add strawberry milk mix; beat with hand mixer on low speed just until incorporated. Mixture will be thick and grainy.
Spoon mixture, about 2 1/2 tablespoons each, into cavities of silicone mold or disposable small paper cups. Press mixture down into cavities or cups with back of spoon. Place disposable spoons upright in mixture. Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour 30 minutes.
In another small microwavable bowl, microwave white chocolate melting wafers on High in 30- second increments, stirring well between each, until wafers are melted and can be stirred smooth. Dip set strawberry cocoa into melted candy, then into sprinkles. Place on cooking parchment paper to dry, about 15 minutes.
To enjoy, dissolve 1 strawberry hot cocoa on a stick in 8 oz hot milk.
