STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI
Whip up a crowd-friendly batch cocktail for summer with this recipe, which calls for just four ingredients-fresh limes, sugar, fresh strawberry, and white rum.

Steps:
- Combine lime zest and 2 tablespoons sugar in a food processor. Pulse until combined. Set aside.
- Place lime juice, strawberries, rum, 2 to 4 tablespoons sugar, depending on the sweetness of your strawberries, and ice cubes in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Rub the rims of four glasses with a lime wedge, dip rims in lime sugar, and fill glasses with daiquiri.

STRAWBERRY DAINTY
Back in the day when I was a kid, our neighbor Jeanette Lewis used to make this sweet side (a good dessert too!) and bring it to local get-togethers. I had forgotten this recipe, but my mother had kept it and recently gave me a copy. Still yummy, after all these years!

Number Of Ingredients 7
Steps:
- Dissolve the gelatin in the 2 cups of hot water.
- Mix in the sugar.
- Allow to cool until it is syrupy.
- While waiting for syrup to cool, whip the cream.
- Fold the whipped cream, nuts and strawberries into the gelatin.
- Crumble the graham crackers and place most crumbs in the bottom of a 9 x 13 dish.
- Reserve some crumbs to sprinkle on top of the dainty.
- Pour the strawberry mixture into the dish and top with graham cracker crumbs.
- Chill and serve.
