This lemonade will be extremely refreshing on a hot summer day. Strawberry and lemon are quintessential summertime flavors. Perfect for sippin' on the front porch or poolside.

Steps:
- Add 1 cup boiling water to Splenda and strawberry jello in a large pitcher.
- Stir until Jello and Splenda are completely dissolved.
- Add 6 cups of cool water and 1 one cup fresh or bottled lemon juice. Stir to mix.
- Add a lemon slice and strawberry to a glass. Fill with crushed ice.
- Keep lemonade chilled. It may become slightly thick from the Jello. Just pour over ice and it will thin out. I seldom have any leftover. :)

- Start by squeezing the juice out of your lemons. Transfer the juice to a large pitcher. If adding lime juice to the recipe, do so now.

- To make the simple syrup, boil 1 cup of water on the stove before adding in 1 cup of granulated sweetener to dissolve. Remove from heat and allow it to cool while you juice your lemons.
- Wash and slice your lemons in half before juicing the halves into a liquid measuring cup. You want 1 cup of lemon juice.
- Add the lemon juice to a large pitcher, before adding 3 cups of fresh water to the juice. Add an extra 4th cup if you want the lemonade more diluted.
- Now add the sugar-free simple syrup you made. Start with 3/4 cup and add more if needed after taste testing.
