Easy Strawberry Margarita Dessert image

Sweet and fruity with a touch of salt - it's a margarita in a slice of pie.

1 1/4 cups crushed pretzels
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine or butter, melted
1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1/2 cup frozen concentrated margarita mix, thawed
1 (10-oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed
1 cup whipping cream, whipped

Steps:

  • In small bowl, combine all crust ingredients; mix well. Press firmly in bottom of ungreased 8 or 9-inch springform pan. Refrigerate while preparing filling.
  • In large bowl, combine condensed milk and margarita mix; beat until smooth. Add strawberries; beat at low speed until well blended. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into crust-lined pan. Freeze at least 3 hours or until firm.
  • To serve, let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Garnish as desired. Store in freezer.

1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup puréed strawberries
1/2 cup lime juice
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries

Steps:

  • Mix pretzel crumbs and butter in 13x9-inch pan; press onto bottom of pan. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Combine condensed milk, puréed strawberries and lime juice in large bowl. Gently stir in COOL WHIP; spread over crust.
  • Freeze 6 hours. Remove from freezer about 15 min. before serving; let stand at room temperature to soften slightly. Serve topped with sliced strawberries.

Steps:

  • In a small sauce pan, combine guava juice, strawberries, tequila, and lime juice.
  • Bring to a boil, cook 10 minutes.
  • Add strawberry jam and sugar.
  • Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Serve hot or cold!

2 ounces simple syrup, plus more for the glasses
Coarse salt
4 cups ice
2 cups hulled and halved fresh strawberries, plus 2 strawberries, hulled and thinly sliced for garnish, optional
2 cups cubed fresh watermelon
4 ounces silver tequila
2 ounces fresh lime juice
2 ounces triple sec
1/2 Fresno chile, diced, seeded or unseeded depending on the spice level you want

Steps:

  • Dip half of the rim of 4 margarita glasses in the simple syrup, then dip in the coarse salt. Set aside.
  • In a blender, combine the ice, halved strawberries, watermelon, tequila, lime juice, triple sec, simple syrup and Fresno chile. Blend until frothy. Pour into your prepared margarita glasses, garnish each with a thinly sliced strawberry if desired and enjoy immediately!

1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 can (10 oz) frozen margarita mix concentrate, thawed
1 box (10 oz) frozen sweetened sliced strawberries, thawed and undrained
1/2 cup tequila or water
6 tablespoons reduced-fat whipped topping
3 large fresh strawberries
Grated lime peel, if desired

Steps:

  • In medium bowl, stir flavored gelatin (dry) and boiling water about 2 minutes or until mix is completely dissolved.
  • In blender or food processor, add margarita mix, sliced strawberries and tequila. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth.
  • Stir strawberry mixture into gelatin mixture. Spoon about 3/4 cup mixture into each of 6 margarita glasses or 10-ounce custard cups. Refrigerate about 4 hours or until firm.
  • Top with topping, fresh sliced strawberries and lime peel.

1 (18 ounce) package sugar cookie dough, room temperature
1 ½ cups milk, divided
1 (3.3 ounce) package instant white chocolate pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup prepared margarita mix
½ cup white sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 (10 ounce) package frozen sliced strawberries, thawed
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Put cookie dough onto a 12-inch pizza pan, rolling to fit to the edges in an even layer.
  • Bake cookie dough 'crust' in preheated oven until golden brown, 10 to 14 minutes. Cool crust at room temperature until cool enough to handle. Carefully slide spatula under the 'crust' and remove from pan to a large, flat serving platter.
  • Whisk 1 cup milk and pudding mix together in a bowl until smooth; put aside until set.
  • Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup milk together in a separate bowl. Add pudding mixture to the cream cheese mixture and stir until smooth; spread evenly over the 'crust.'
  • Stir margarita mix, sugar, and cornstarch together in a saucepan over medium-high heat; cook and stir until the sugar dissolves completely and the mixture thickens into a syrup. Remove from heat to cool slightly. Stir strawberries into the syrup; pour onto the pizza 'crust' and spread evenly.
  • Dot the strawberry layer with whipped topping.
