Steps:
- Crust: Mix butter, powdered sugar (1/2 cup), flour - form into a ball, spread onto a pizza pan.
- Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees and let cool. Keep an eye on the crust while cooking - you don't want to over cook it. Remove the crust when it is golden.
- Topping: Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar (1 cup), and cool whip - preferrably using electric mixer. Spread this mixture over the crust after crust is cool.
- On top of white topping, add entire container of glaze and top with sliced strawberries. (you can also mix the strawberries and glaze together and place it on top that way too.
- Serve and enjoy!

- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and extracts. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour., On a floured surface, roll dough into a 13-in. circle. Transfer to an ungreased 12-in. pizza pan. Build up edges slightly. , Bake at 350° for 18-22 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely., In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Spread over crust. Arrange sliced strawberries on top., In a large saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch and crushed berries until blended. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Cool slightly. Spoon over strawberries. Refrigerate until serving.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together flour and confectioners' sugar. Stir in melted butter. Press mixture evenly into a 12 inch pizza pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Allow to cool.
- In a small mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and white sugar until smooth. Spread over cooled crust. Arrange strawberries over cream cheese layer.
- Combine custard mix and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil while stirring frequently. Boil and stir 1 minute. Pour mixture over strawberry layer. Chill before serving.

I love cream cheese and the dessert pizza concept, so I came up with this recipe one afternoon and served it for the family dessert. Everyone loved it, and it didn't last long! Somewhat simple and very yummy!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Put cookie dough onto a 12-inch pizza pan, rolling to fit to the edges in an even layer.
- Bake cookie dough 'crust' in preheated oven until golden brown, 10 to 14 minutes. Cool crust at room temperature until cool enough to handle. Carefully slide spatula under the 'crust' and remove from pan to a large, flat serving platter.
- Whisk 1 cup milk and pudding mix together in a bowl until smooth; put aside until set.
- Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup milk together in a separate bowl. Add pudding mixture to the cream cheese mixture and stir until smooth; spread evenly over the 'crust.'
- Stir margarita mix, sugar, and cornstarch together in a saucepan over medium-high heat; cook and stir until the sugar dissolves completely and the mixture thickens into a syrup. Remove from heat to cool slightly. Stir strawberries into the syrup; pour onto the pizza 'crust' and spread evenly.
- Dot the strawberry layer with whipped topping.

STRAWBERRY MARGARITA PIE
Steps:
- Combine pretzel crumbs, butter, and sugar, mix well. Press firmly on bottom and up sides of a lightly buttered 9-inch pie pan.
- Combine milk, lime juice, strawberries, tequila and triple sec, blend well.
- Fold in Cool Whip.
- Pour into crust. Place in freezer for four to eight hours. Remove from freezer and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
VEGA MARGARITA
Steps:
- Make a vertical slice into the lime wedge pulp so that it sits nicely on the rim of a cocktail glass and slide it around the rim to lightly coat it in lime juice. Dip the rim of the glass in sea salt, if using, and tap off any excess. Reserve the lime wedge.
- Add the tequila, lime juice, Grand Marnier, agave and a handful of ice cubes to a cocktail shaker. Cover and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- Fill the garnished glass with ice cubes and strain the margarita directly into the prepared glass. Garnish with lime the wedge.
SPICY STRAWBERRY MARGARITA

- Dip half of the rim of 4 margarita glasses in the simple syrup, then dip in the coarse salt. Set aside.
- In a blender, combine the ice, halved strawberries, watermelon, tequila, lime juice, triple sec, simple syrup and Fresno chile. Blend until frothy. Pour into your prepared margarita glasses, garnish each with a thinly sliced strawberry if desired and enjoy immediately!
