9 ozs Strawberries
2 Kiwi
1 Papaya (about 14 ounces)

Steps:

  • Rinse and dry mint. Pluck leaves and set aside.
  • Rinse strawberries and drain on paper towels. Coarsely chop and place in a tall vessel. Puree with an immersion blender and pour into 2 glasses.
  • Peel kiwis and dice. Puree with an immersion blender and add a spoonful to each glass.
  • Cut papaya in half and remove the seeds with a spoon. Cut out the flesh and coarsely chop. Puree flesh with an immersion blender. Carefully place puree in the glasses and garnish with mint leaves. Serve immediately.

1/2 cup Cascadian Farm™ organic frozen strawberries
1/2 cup fat-free milk
1/2 cup Yoplait® fat-free plain yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
3 large ice cubes
Papaya or strawberry slices (optional)
Fresh mint (optional)

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine papaya, strawberries, milk, yogurt, and honey. Cover and blend until smooth. With the blender running, add ice cubes, one at a time, through the opening in the lid until ice is crushed and mixture is smooth. Pour into two tall glasses. If desired, garnish with papaya or strawberry slices and mint. Serve immediately.
  • Papaya Tips: Choose papayas that are partially yellow and feel slightly soft when pressed. The skin should be smooth and free from bruises or very soft spots.
