Steps:
- Steep the tea bags in water for at least 10 minutes for a strong tea. You can steep the tea and store in the refrigerator up to a day in advance if needed.
- While the tea is steeping prepare the boba according to package directions on the stove top. If it is quick-cooking boba you will boil for 5 minutes and let rest covered for 5 minutes.
- Remove the boba from the pot using a slotted spoon and transfer to a bowl with about 4 Tablespoons of simple sugar syrup. See notes.
- Divide sweetened, cooked tapioca pearls among 4 serving glasses. Pour 1/4 cup prepared tea into each topped with 1/2 cup of strawberry milk. Add ice if desired. Serve with fat straws or long dessert spoons to reach the boba.

Steps:
- Fill a large pot halfway with water and bring to a boil. If desired, add ~10 drops liquid sweetener to infuse some sweetness. (I like to use stevia or monk fruit drops.)
- Add uncooked boba tapioca pearls to boiling water. Lightly stir unto boba begin to float, then cover and boil for 3 minutes.
- Remove pot from heat and carefully drain boba pearls. Transfer to a bowl and cover with water until ready to use. (Otherwise they'll stick together!)
- In a blender, combine strawberries, milk, peanut butter, vanilla, and sweetener (if desired) and blend until smooth.
- Add cooked tapioca pearls to desired boba tea cups, pour in blended milk tea, serve with a boba straw, and enjoy!

Steps:
- Make the strawberry purée: Add the strawberries and sugar to a medium bowl. Use the back of a fork to muddle the strawberries. Let sit for 10-15 minutes, until the strawberries begin to soften and release their natural juices.
- Make the matcha: Add the matcha powder to a mug and slowly pour in the hot water. Whisk with a small whisk or a matcha whisk until tiny bubbles form on the surface.
- To assemble, add the boba pearls and brown sugar syrup to the bottom of a serving glass. Top with the muddled strawberries, then the ice. Slowly pour in the half-and-half over the back of a spoon for a layered effect, then use the same technique to pour the matcha on top.
- Stir with a wide-opening straw, then serve.
- Enjoy!
