This healthy, sugar-free cranberry sauce recipe requires just 4 ingredients. Made with fresh cranberries and no sugar, it's also low carb, paleo, and gluten-free.

3/4 cup Water
1 tsp Orange zest ((optional; add more if you like more orange flavor))

Steps:

  • Combine the cranberries, water, erythritol, and orange zest in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a gentle simmer. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, until the cranberries pop and a sauce forms.
  • Remove from heat. Stir in the vanilla extract.

2/3 cup water
2 cups fresh cranberries or 2 cups frozen cranberries
1 cup Equal sugar substitute (or 24 packets Equal sugar substitute or 7 1/4 teaspoons Equal sugar substitute)

Steps:

  • Combine water and cranberries in a medium saucepan. Bring just to boiling; reduce heat.
  • Boil gently, uncovered, over medium heat 8 minutes, stirring occasionally (skins will pop).
  • Remove from heat mash slightly.
  • Stir in Equal; cover and chill.

12 ounces whole fresh cranberries (frozen is optional)
2/3 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 orange, juice of (adjust water down for this)
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
1 ounce Grand Marnier (orange liquer)

Steps:

  • Rinse berries.
  • Place all ingredients into a 3 qt sauce pan
  • Bring to boil over medium heat.
  • boil uncovered 30 minute.
  • Let cool completely (it will thicken).
  • Refridgerate until serving time.
