MIXED BERRY MOJITO
This mixed berry mojito combines delicious fresh raspberries, blackberries, mint and rum. It's super delicious, perfect for spring and takes only 5 minutes to make!

Steps:
- Take two short cocktail glasses and fill with equal parts blackberries, raspberries, mint leaves and sweetener.
- Squeeze lime wedges into the glass and pour in rum.
- Muddle the mixture together breaking up the berries and bruising the mint.
- Add in ice and top with seltzer.
- Gently stir to combine.

BERRY MOJITO
Steps:
- In a pint or large glass, combine the raspberries, blackberries, lime wedges, mint leaves, strawberries and sugar and muddle with a muddler or wooden spoon. Add the rum and mix with a spoon. Fill the glass with ice, top off with the seltzer and stir. Garnish with the mint sprigs and serve with a straw.
SUMMER BERRY MOJITO
A wonderful cocktail that screams summer!! Fresh berries and mint! Does it get any better than that? Enjoy! If you don't keep simple syrup on hand just use a 2 tsp. of sugar to muddle with your mint.If you don't have access to fresh berries, frozen will work as well. Other recipes here on Zaar have more detailed directions on how to make a basic mojito, the latest rage in the cocktail world.

- Muddle mint, simple syrup or sugar, berries and lime juice.
- Fill glass with crushed ice - it is very important to use crushed ice, not cubed - then add rum.
- Stir well until the ice is reduced by 1/3, then top with more crushed ice, stirring until glass begins to frost on the outside.
- Spritz with soda water and stir one last time to incorporate.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.

RASPBERRY MOJITO

- Divide the raspberries, lime and sugar between two tall glasses and muddle by gently crushing with a muddler or the end of a bar spoon. The fruits should start to release their juices, which will mix with the sugar.
- Put half the mint leaves in the palm of one of your hands, then clap the other hand on top of the leaves - this bruises them just enough to release their flavour. Drop the bruised mint leaves into one of the glasses, then repeat with the remaining mint, dropping it into the second glass.
- Add a handful of ice to each glass, followed by the rum. Stir, then top up with sparkling water. Stir briefly until just combined, then serve.

Blueberry and lime are two of my favorite flavors, so I added blueberries to my favorite mixed drink! This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled. To make simple syrup, combine 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water and cook over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved. Steps:
- Throw the lime wedges, raspberries, mint, and sugar into a glass and then, using a muddler or wooden spoon, press down on the ingredients to mush them all together and get all of the juice out of the lime wedges.
- Add ice and pour in rum (you can just eyeball the amount, if you don't have something handy to measure) and then top the glass off with club soda.
- If you want it a little more or less sweet, you can always add slightly more or slightly less sugar. It's also delicious with less rum, or no rum at all.
- Stir well and top with fresh mint.
- Enjoy!

Tips: To muddle the mint against the bottom of the glass, use just enough pressure with your muddler to release the oils from the mint without tearing it. The back surface of a wooden spoon will serve as a muddler stand-in if needed. Use a lime squeezer to fully extract the lime's juice. - Combine water and sugar in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Allow to cool to room temperature before using.
- When simple syrup is cooled, add ½ cup of it to a large pitcher with lime wedges and mint. Muddle them in the bottom of the pitcher with a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon, releasing the oils and flavors.
