Place on pizza halves. Pull pieces of Buffalo mozzarella from the ball and place on halves. Top with porcini mushrooms, shredded mozzarella, garlic and pepperoni. Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- For the dough: In a stand mixer with the paddle attachment, add the flour, yogurt and seasoning blend and mix until combined and tacky. Scrape off the dough from the paddle and replace the paddle with the kneading (dough hook) attachment. Sprinkle in a bit more flour and knead on medium until a ball forms. On a floured surface, roll out the dough to a big thin circle or divide the dough in half to make 2 pizzas.
- For the toppings: Place the pizza on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Leaving a 1-inch border around the edge of the dough, top the pizza evenly with the sauce and cheese, then the selected toppings. Bake until the edges are golden brown, 8 to 12 minutes.

Steps:
- Put a pizza stone in the oven and preheat the oven to 500 degrees F.
- For the crust: Using some flour, roll out the pizza dough to a large circle about 1/4 inch thick; dock with a fork all around. Transfer to the pizza stone and cook until the crust is light golden brown and slightly rigid, 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and turn the oven off.
- For the white side: While the crust is baking, fold together the cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla and lemon zest in a medium bowl until combined. Set aside.
- For the black side: In a medium bowl, toss together the milk chocolate chips, bittersweet chocolate chips and pecans.
- Leaving a rim around the crust, spread one half of the crust with the cream cheese mixture and top with the marshmallows. Sprinkle the other half with the chocolate mixture (again, leaving a rim of crust). Brush the melted butter on the rim and sprinkle just the rim with the cinnamon sugar.
- Put the pizza back in the warm oven. Cook until the marshmallows and chocolate are melted, about 10 minutes. Sprinkle a tiny pinch of sea salt over the entire pizza. Slice and serve warm.
SUZY'S SWEET AND SWINE PIZZA
Sweet and salty, this unique pizza is so delicious. I've changed the shape of the crust to create interest and chose to leave out the traditional red sauce in favor of sauteed fruits and vegetables. The cheese and fresh herbs add a great touch to finish it off. This can also be served as an appetizer by slicing it into thin slices on the diagonal. Serve the slices over a bed of Boston lettuce leaves and save the pineapple cap as a garnish. Finish off the meal with some vanilla yogurt topped with 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios for a power lunch!

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough balls to form 2 long rectangles and put them onto parchment lined baking sheets.
- Put the olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat and add the red pepper flakes. Allow the flakes to sizzle and season the oil. Add the prosciutto and onion and cook until browned, about 7 to 10 minutes. Stir in the pineapple. Divide the mixture and spread it over the 2 pizza doughs. Top each pizza with half the mozzarella cheese and a few grindings of black pepper. Cook until the cheese is melted, about 7 to10 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh chopped basil for a flavor boost. Slice each pizza on the bias with a pizza cutter and serve.
SUNDAY PIZZA FOR KIDS AND ADULTS

Steps:
- Dissolve yeast with 1/2 teaspoon sugar in warm water; let stand 5 minutes or until "proofed". When puffy, add 2 tablespoons olive oil to the mixture. In the bowl of a food processor combine 3 and 1/2 cups of the flour with 1 teaspoon salt. When well combined, add the yeast water and process until a dough forms. If dough is too dry, add a tablespoon of water to the dough and process until a tacky ball forms. If dough is too wet, add more flour a tablespoonful at a time, or until dough is tacky. Turn dough out onto a board and knead for a minute. Turn dough into a lightly oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let double in volume, about 45 minutes. Punch dough and pizza is ready to be formed and baked.
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Divide dough into 2 halves. On lightly floured surface roll each half into a 12inch circle, as best you can. Transfer each to a large baking sheet and pinch up a 1/2 inch rim around the outside edges of each pizza.
- For kids: Sprinkle 1/2 of grated cheese on bottom, and top with some spaghetti sauce, then dot remaining cheese on top.
- For adults: Sprinkle bottom of dough with half of cheese, then scatter zucchini, shrimp and sun-dried tomatoes and top with remaining cheese. Bake on middle racks for 10 to 15 minutes, until pizzas are golden (switch baking sheets between shelves half way through baking time so they cook evenly).
THE BEST SAUSAGE PIZZAS
What makes this recipe unique is the slow overnight fermentation of the dough. The flour has time to hydrate and relax, which makes the dough so much easier to roll out! -Josh Rink, Taste of Home Food Stylist
