I had a hankering for Hummus one night, and after searching and searching the site for a recipe that had what i had on hand...i decided to just go in my kitchen and go for it!! It is really yummy and creamy and super garlicky!!! Yummy!! I hope you give it a try and love it as much as we do!!

Steps:
- Peel and toast garlic in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until brown spots appear on garlic and you can smell it.
- In food processor or blender place garbanzo beans, 2-3 Tbsp reserved liquid, garlic, boullion (or garlic powder), olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Blend till smooth.
- Tweak to your preference.
- Enjoy with chips, pita bread, or veggies!

- Add in the chickpeas + ice cubes and puree for 5-7 minutes, or until smooth, stopping to scrape the sides down as needed. It’s important to do at least 5 minutes to get the dreamiest texture. If the hummus seems too thick, feel free to add in an extra tablespoon or two of water to get the food processor moving.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as needed before serving in a big bowl topped with fresh parsley, olive oil, and sumac or paprika! Enjoy this hummus as a sandwich spread or on wraps, as the perfect afternoon snack or an easy appetizer.
- Store leftovers in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to a week or the freezer for up to two months.
