Adding a little orange juice to make the dressing a little sweeter. This recipe easily makes enough for 10 people or more. If it's on the thin side, add another 1/2 cup of mayonnaise. If it's too thick, thin with more orange juice.

- Combine the coleslaw mix and onion in a large bowl. Whisk together the salad dressing, vegetable oil, sugar substitute, vinegar, and salt in a medium bowl; blend thoroughly. Pour dressing mixture over coleslaw mix and toss to coat. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
THE BEST VINEGAR COLESLAW

- Whisk together the vinegar, salt, sugar, celery salt, pepper and garlic in a large bowl until combined. Reserve 1/4 cup of the dressing for serving. - Strain the coleslaw through a colander and discard the liquid. Transfer the coleslaw to a serving bowl. Drizzle with the reserved dressing and the oil. Season with salt and pepper if necessary. Toss to coat.
