SWEET PEPPER EVERYTHING BAGEL DIP

Ingredients

2 tablespoons poppy seeds
2 tablespoons white sesame seeds
1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
1 tablespoon dried minced garlic
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
Kosher or coarse salt
Two 8-ounce packages cream cheese
1/4 cup red pepper relish, plus more for serving
One 7-ounce bag bagel chips, for serving

Steps:

Combine the poppy seeds, white sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, garlic, onion and 1 tablespoon salt in a small bowl. Mix together and add 2 tablespoons of the mix to a food processor. Set the remaining mix aside in an airtight container for later use. Add the cream cheese and pepper relish to the food processor and pulse until completely combined. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and top with a little of the remaining spice mix and more pepper relish. Serve with bagel chips.

Ingredients

⅔ cup sour cream
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
⅓ cup mayonnaise
1 ½ tablespoons everything bagel seasoning, or to taste

Steps:

Combine sour cream, cream cheese, and mayonnaise in the bowl of a mini food processor. Blend for 15 to 20 seconds; scrape down the sides of the bowl and add in bagel seasoning. Blend another 10 seconds and taste, adding more seasoning if desired. The flavor will develop the longer it sits.
