Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Heat one tablespoon of the oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Combine the garlic, onions, mushrooms, salt, and pepper in the pan and cook until almost all of the moisture has evaporated and the onions are caramelizing, 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Lay the flank steak on a cutting board. Add salt and pepper on both sides, to taste.
- Spoon the mushroom and onion mixture on top, spreading it evenly across the steak. Sprinkle the spinach on top, followed by the slices of provolone. Press down lightly to compress the spinach.
- Starting at the bottom of the flank steak, roll it up tightly, making sure the grain of the meat is running horizontally. Use six toothpicks to secure the steak roll. Slice the steak roll into six equal rolls.
- Heat the remaining oil in a pan over high heat. Sear the steak rolls on one side for one to two minutes, then flip. Sear the second side for about one minute, then bake for 10-15 minutes, until medium rare.
- Remove the toothpicks, then serve!
- Enjoy!

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9 x 13-inch (22 x 33 cm) baking dish with butter.
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté, stirring occasionally, until translucent and starting to caramelize, 15-20 minutes. Reduce the heat to medium-low if the onion starts to burn.
- Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and continue to cook until the garlic is fragrant, about 5 minutes.
- Add the red and yellow bell peppers and ham to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the peppers are tender.
- Transfer the toasted Hawaiian rolls to a very large bowl. Pour the onion and ham mixture over the bread cubes and season with the salt and pepper.
- In a medium bowl or liquid measuring cup, whisk together the eggs, chicken stock, and melted butter until well combined.
- Pour about ½ cup (120 ml) of the stock mixture at a time over the bread mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the stuffing mixture to the prepared baking dish. Gently press the mixture down so the stuffing sits below the rim of the dish. Cover with foil.
- Bake the stuffing for 45 minutes.
- While the stuffing bakes, make the topping: In a small bowl, combine the shredded coconut, poppy seeds, and orange juice and mix well. Stir every 10 minutes or so as the stuffing bakes.
- Uncover the stuffing and top with the soaked coconut mixture, sprinkling evenly over the entire surface. Leave any excess orange juice behind in the bowl.
- Return the stuffing to the oven and bake until the coconut is light golden brown and crisp, 10-15 minutes.
- Remove the stuffing from the oven and let rest for 10-15 minutes, then top with the scallions and orange zest.
- Serve warm.
- Enjoy!

STRAWBERRY SWEET ROLLS RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: unsalted butter, whole milk, granulated sugar, active dry yeast, flour, baking powder, salt, butter, strawberry preserve, cream cheese, butter, whole milk, vanilla extract, powdered sugar
Provided by Julie Klink
Categories Breakfast
Yield 8 servings
Number Of Ingredients 14
Steps:
- Generously grease a 9-inch (23 cm) cast iron or cake pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together warm milk, melted butter, and granulated sugar. The mixture should be just warm, registering between 100-110˚F (40˚C). If hotter, allow to cool slightly.
- Sprinkle the yeast evenly over the warm mixture and let sit for 1 minute.
- Add 4 cups (500 grams) of all-purpose flour to the milk mixture and mix with a wooden spoon until just combined.
- Cover the bowl with a towel or plastic wrap and set in a warm place to rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 325˚F (160˚C).
- After 1 hour, the dough should have nearly doubled in size. Remove the towel and add an additional ¾ cup (95 grams) of flour, the baking powder, and salt. Stir well, then turn out onto a well-floured surface.
- Knead the dough lightly, adding additional flour as necessary, about ½ cup (60 grams), until the dough just loses its stickiness and does not stick to the surface.
- Roll the dough out into a large rectangle, about ½-inch (12 mm) thick.
- In a small bowl combine the strawberry preserves and butter, stir to combine.
- Spread the filling mixture evenly over the rolled out dough, leave about 1½ inches (4 cm) from the edge.
- Starting from the bottom roll the dough upward, being careful not to squeeze the filling out.
- With a knife cut the rolled dough into 8 pieces.
- Place strawberry roll in the prepared cast iron or cake pan and cover with plastic wrap. Place in a warm spot and leave to rise for 30 minutes. The strawberry rolls should expand to the edges of the pan during this time.
- Bake for 45 minutes. Cover the rolls with foil to prevent the outside from burning, and bake for an additional 35 minutes.
- While the strawberry rolls are baking, prepare the frosting. In a medium-size mixing bowl, whisk together cream cheese, butter, vanilla, whole milk, and powdered sugar, until smooth.
- Remove the strawberry rolls from the oven and let cool in the pan for at least 20 minutes. Once cool, drizzle frosting over the rolls before serving.
- Enjoy!

- Place the dough back into a lightly greased mixing bowl and cover it with a clean tea towel. Let it double in size (around 90 mins). If you are using an Instant Pot, lightly grease the inner pot with olive oil and set the Instant Pot to 'Yogurt' mode. Let the dough sit inside for 50 minutes, until double in size. Use this time to make the filling for the bread rolls (see recipe below).
- Take out the dough, and on a lightly floured surface, knock out the air, and roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it is around ¼ inch thick and roughly shaped like a rectangle.
- Keep the cake tins in a warm place, covered with a clean tea towel to rise for the second time for 50 mins-1 hour. If you are using an Instant Pot, you can stack the cake pans and keep them inside the Instant Pot. Hit the 'Yogurt' setting and let it proof for 30 minutes. During this time, pre-heat the oven at 350 F (180C).
