Sweet Spicy Bacon Chicken Recipes

SWEET & SPICY BACON WRAPPED CHICKEN

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
• Cut each chicken breast into thirds, leaving you with 12 pieces.
• Lay chicken pieces in a 9x13 baking dish, coat with 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil. (can use non-stick cooking spray also) Sprinkle chicken with spices, flip over and sprinkle the other side.
• Wrap each piece of chicken with a slice of bacon. Roll in brown sugar.
• Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and bacon is nice and crispy.
• Drizzle with glaze it made and serve.

SWEET AND SPICY BACON WRAPPED CHICKEN

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine chili powder, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl. Roll each chicken piece into the spices and wrap in bacon. Place in a 10 inch skillet or a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the tops with brown sugar.
• Bake for 30-35 minutes or until chicken reads 165 degrees and is no longer pink. I like to broil the tops of my chicken for 1-2 minutes to crisp the bacon at the end.

• Cut each breast into 3 pieces, season the chicken with the spices, salt, and black pepper. Wrap a bacon slice around each piece of chicken. Roll in brown sugar. Place into an ovenproof dish greased with the olive oil. Bake at 400°F for 30 to 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and bacon is brown and crispy. Delicious served with mashed potatoes with some of the gravy from the chicken drizzled on top.

• Cut each breast into 3 pieces, season all the chicken with the spices, then wrap a bacon slice around each piece, roll in brown sugar and place into an oven proof dish....make sure you have some olive oil in the dish too, like 2 or 3 tablespoons is fine {I skipped this since I grilled them. I honestly think you could coat your dish with nonstick cooking spray instead to save a few calories}.
• Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and bacon is nice and brown and crispy. Delicious served with mashed potatoes with some of the gravy from the chicken drizzled on top.

Steps:

• Place the bacon in an even layer in a large skillet. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring often with a rubber spatula, until the bacon is light golden brown, about 20 minutes.
• Meanwhile, combine the maple syrup, black pepper and cayenne in a small bowl.
• Pour off some of the rendered bacon fat, leaving just a small amount. Return the skillet to the heat and pour the maple syrup mixture over the bacon. Braise gently until the syrup thickens and glazes the bacon and the bacon is deep golden brown, about 15 minutes. Serve warm.

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Slice chicken into bite-sized pieces.
• Cut bacon into 1 to 1-1/2 inch pieces.
• Wrap a piece of bacon around each chicken piece. Use toothpicks if necessary.
• Combine the brown sugar and cayenne in a small bowl.
• Roll each piece of chicken and bacon in the brown sugar/cayenne mixture.
• Place on a cookie sheet keeping the pieces from touching.
• Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

SPICY SWEET CHICKEN BACON BITES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°. Cut bacon strips crosswise into thirds. In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until partially cooked but not crisp. Remove to paper towels to drain; keep warm., Wrap a bacon piece around each chicken piece; secure with a toothpick. In a shallow bowl, mix brown sugar and seasonings. Add wrapped chicken, a few pieces at a time, and toss to coat., Place on 15x10x1-in. baking pans. Bake 10-12 minutes or until bacon is crisp and chicken is no longer pink. Serve with salad dressing and barbecue sauce.

SWEET & SPICY BACON RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
• In a medium bowl, mix together Frank's RedHot® and brown sugar together until fully incorporated.
• Arrange the bacon on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Using a pastry brush, brush the bacon slices with the RedHot® mixture. Flip the bacon over and brush on the other side. Continue baking until the bacon is crisp and brown, 10-15 minutes more.
