Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the chicken breasts into small bite-size pieces.
- Dip chicken pieces into egg mixture then coat with panko.
- Place the breaded chicken onto a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake 20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Mix together soy sauce, honey, garlic, hoisin sauce, sriracha and grated ginger in a saucepan and bring to boil, remove from heat.
- Toss chicken bites in the sauce until thoroughly coated.
- Serve immediately with chopped spring onion and sesame seeds.
- Enjoy!

SWEET 'N STICKY SESAME CHICKEN
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray and set it aside. Season chicken with salt and pepper, and place in a bowl with egg substitute. Toss to coat and set aside. Put flour in another bowl. One at a time, use a fork or tongs to transfer chicken "nuggets" to the flour bowl, allowing excess egg substitute to drain back into the egg bowl. Thoroughly coat the chicken with flour and then transfer to the baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining flour and chicken. Bake the chicken in the oven until fully cooked, about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, to make the sauce, combine broth with cornstarch in a nonstick skillet and whisk to dissolve. Set stove to medium-low heat. Add syrup, vinegar, ketchup, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic. Mix well. Stirring often, cook until it's thick enough to coat a spoon, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove skillet from heat. Add chicken and toss to coat. Plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds and scallions. If you like, add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes. Eat up!

- •To really get the full flavors from this dish, you should let the drumsticks marinate for at least eight hours or overnight. So before you head out for work in the morning, go ahead and make the marinade. •Whisk together vinegar, honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and black pepper. •Pour the marinade into a large Ziploc bag and add the chicken. Shake it up a little bit, to coat the chicken thoroughly, and refrigerate overnight or for at least eight hours. •When you are ready to bake the chicken, preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with foil and lay out the chicken, keeping some of the marinade for basting later. Bake chicken for 25 minutes. •While the chicken is baking pour the leftover marinade into a small pan and bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat to a slow simmer- continue simmering until marinade has thickened just a bit. •After 25 minutes, remove the chicken from the oven, coat with the thickened marinade (using a pastry brush). Bake again for 10 more minutes. Flip chicken if you feel necessary. Repeat this step, but this time only bake chicken for 5 more minutes. •Sprinkle with parsley or cilantro and serve.

I like to call this recipe "Redneck Chicken" because, come on... anything with a soup packet as a main ingredient is pretty redneck. But it's so good! This recipe is courtesy of Jenna Fischer from NBC's "The Office". As the name suggests, it is sticky, so I always like to line my baking dish with foil for easy clean-up.

Steps:
- Combine the balsamic vinegar, honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, rosemary sprigs, and garlic cloves in a large ziploc bag.
- Shake and squeeze the contents of the bag to dissolve the brown sugar and honey.
- Add the breasts to the bag and seal, squeezing out as much air as you can.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 450*F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Remove the chicken from the bag, reserving the marinade, and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake until the skin is carmelized and very dark in spots, 30-35 minutes.
- Meanwhile, place the marinade in a small saucepan.
- Bring the marinade to a boil, then reduce the heat to simmer and cook over low heat until thick, about 15 minutes.
- Use a pastry brush to brush some of the cooked marinade on the cooked chicken.
- Place the cooked chicken on a serving platter.
- If using, sprinkle the sesame seeds and parsely over the chicken.
