TAMMY'S MEATLOAF
This recipe came from my mom. It was a favorite of my family growing up, and my husband loves it. The whole thing is gone in a day! Can be frozen.

Steps:
- Combine eggs and milk in medium bowl.
- Stir in bread crumbs, onion, parsley, salt, sage and pepper.
- Add ground beef.
- Mix with hands.
- Place in loaf pan.
- Shape into mold. (freeze now if using for once a month cooking).
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Mix ketchup, brown sugar, and dry mustard.
- Glaze meatloaf with ketchup mixture.
- Cook 10 minutes longer.

TAMMY'S FAVORITE LASAGNA
This recipe is my modified version of several lasagnas I have tried over the years. My family really likes this one. Even the picky kids. It is a little time consuming, but well worth it.

Steps:
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute onions until soft. Stir in ground beef, and cook until evenly brown. Drain excess fat. Season with Italian seasoning, rosemary, garlic salt, salt and pepper. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste and water. Simmer 1 hour, or until sauce has thickened.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook onion until soft and translucent. Stir in flour until smooth. Stir in Parmesan cheese, then milk. Cook, stirring, until thick. Allow to cool, then stir in egg. (Sauce will be very thick.)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In prepared baking dish, place a layer of noodles, meat sauce, cheese sauce, ricotta, and mozzarella. Repeat layers. Build to your desired thickness, or make another smaller pan for freezing.
- Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Let cool 15 minutes before serving.

TAMMY'S PHILLY CHEESE STEAK DIP
Everyone in my family loves cheese steaks. I decided to turn that into a dip for football season. As soon as I served it I knew it was a hit. It's best served with toasted hoagie buns but even crackers work well too.

Steps:
- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place the onion, green pepper, and Italian dressing in a large skillet over medium heat; cook and stir until the onion has softened and turned translucent, about 5 minutes. Add the provolone, cream cheese, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper; stir until the cheese has melted. Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the roast beef.
- Pour the mixture into an oven proof baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

TAMMY'S SANDWICH BREAD RECIPE

- If using a bread machine, add ingredients in order listed. If doing a timer on machine, add milk to top or middle of mix. Set machine on dough cycle. Machine will do first rise. Punch down and shape lightly and place in buttered or sprayed loaf pan. Cover with a towel and let rise. If mixing by hand, mix water sugar and honey and add yeast till dissolved. Add other ingredients, beginning with oil. Rise, punch down, shape lightly and place in buttered or sprayed loaf pan. You can butter top of loaf or spray with olive oil to make it a softer crust. After second rise, bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cool completely before slicing. *Vital wheat gluten gives elasticity to bread and keeps it from being crumbly. *If it is cold in the house, turn oven to 170 degrees for about 5 minutes. Turn off, check to make sure it is warm but not hot inside and check bread in one hour. My loaves are usually ready by the first hour or I did something wrong. If you have to reheat the oven, take the bread out before you heat it.
