This simple recipe for apple cider vinegar gummies are made with detoxifying ACV, raw honey, tart cherry juice and grass-fed gelatin.

Ingredients

1-1/2 cups 100% tart cherry juice
4 tablespoons gelatin
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup raw honey

Steps:

Prepare - Mix the gelatin and 1/2 cup of cherry juice in a small bowl and let it sit for 5 minutes to "bloom"
Mix - In a saucepan over low heat, heat remaining 1 cup of tart cherry juice and apple cider vinegar until it is just starting to simmer. (not boiling)
Remove saucepan from heat and add in the honey, and bloomed gelatin mixture. Stir until well combined.
Pour - Carefully pour the hot mixture into the gummy molds, using a spoon or eye dropper.
Let Sit - Refrigerate the gummies for an hour until they are firm.

In a small pan, combine the apple juice and apple cider vinegar. Heat on medium until it just starts to bubble and remove from the heat.
Step 2: Sprinkle in the unflavored gelatin, one tablespoon at a time, and whisk constantly until all the gelatin is mixed in.
Step 3: Add the mixture to the mold and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until firm. Pop them out of the mold and store in an airtight container.
