Fudgy brownies sandwiched between two layers of crunchy peanut butter Chex™ bars take these indulgent treats to the next level.

1 box (18.3 oz) Betty Crocker™ fudge brownie mix
Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box
2 tablespoons chocolate-flavor syrup
3/4 cup butter
8 cups mini marshmallows, from 2 (10 oz) bags
3/4 cup crunchy or creamy peanut butter
10 cups Rice Chex™ cereal
2 tablespoons semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil

Steps:

Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom of 13x9-inch pan with shortening or cooking spray.
Make brownie batter as directed on box. Spread in pan.
Bake 22 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean. Cool completely on cooling rack, about 1 hour.
Using fork, break apart brownies into small pieces. Place brownies in large bowl. Stir in chocolate syrup until brownies are moistened. Set aside.
Spray another 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
In 6-quart Dutch oven, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add marshmallows; stir until completely melted and mixture is well blended, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter until melted. Add cereal; mix well. Using a spatula sprayed with cooking spray, press half of cereal mixture evenly in bottom of pan.
Top cereal layer with reserved brownie mixture; press to make a lightly packed brownie layer. Spoon remaining cereal mixture over top, and spread to cover brownie layer, pressing firmly for an even top. Cool 15 minutes.
In small microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips and 1/2 teaspoon oil uncovered on High 30 to 60 seconds. Stir until smooth. Drizzle over bars. Refrigerate about 40 minutes or until chocolate is set. Cut into 6 rows by 4 rows.

Nonstick cooking spray, for the pan and parchment
One 18-ounce box brownie mix, such as Duncan Hines (plus required ingredients)
2 cups snack mix, such as Traditional Savory Chex Mix

Steps:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9-inch square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Line the pan with parchment paper and spray again.
Prepare the brownie batter according to the package instructions. Gently fold in 1 cup of the snack mix. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread to the edges. Sprinkle the top of the batter with the remaining 1 cup snack mix.
Bake until the brownies are set, the surface is crackly and the snack mix is golden brown, 35 to 40 minutes. Let the brownies cool completely before slicing.

1 cup white vanilla baking chips (6 oz)
1/4 cup butter, cut into pieces
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ vanilla cake mix
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3 tablespoons assorted Betty Crocker™ Decorating Decors candy sprinkles

Steps:

Heat oven to 250°F. In large bowl, place cereal; set aside.
In small microwavable bowl, microwave white chips and butter uncovered on High 30 seconds; stir. Continue to microwave in 30-second increments until chips and butter are softened and can be stirred smooth. Stir in vanilla.
Drizzle mixture over cereal; toss until well coated. Sprinkle dry cake mix, powdered sugar and sprinkles over cereal; toss until well coated. Spread in single layer in 15x10-inch pan or large cookie sheet.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes. Cool about 15 minutes. Store tightly covered at room temperature.

1 (18.4 ounce) package brownie mix
1 cup candy-coated chocolate-covered peanuts
2 cups mini pretzel twists

Steps:

Pour cereal squares into a large bowl.
Combine chocolate chips and peanut butter in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth, about 1 1/2 minutes. Pour over cereal squares and stir until well coated.
Place brownie mix in a container with a tight fitting lid, or in a large zip-top bag. Add 1/2 of the coated cereal in 2 batches and shake to coat. Spread on a sheet of waxed or parchment paper. Discard any leftover brownie mix.
Let cereal sit until cool and dry, 30 to 45 minutes.
Transfer cereal to a large bowl. Add pretzels and chocolate-coated candies and toss to combine.
