MUSTARD & CRANBERRY GLAZED HAM
My delicious glaze uses only four ingredients. It's a simple way to ensure your ham will be the showstopper on your holiday table. -Nella Parker, Hersey, Michigan

- Preheat oven to 325°. Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. If desired, score the surface of the ham, making diamond shapes 1/2 in. deep. Insert cloves into the surface. Loosely cover ham with foil; bake 1-1/2 hours. , In a large saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, brown sugar and wine. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes or until slightly thickened. Remove from the heat; whisk in mustard., Pour 2 cups cranberry mixture over ham. Bake 20-30 minutes longer or until a thermometer reads 140°. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with remaining sauce.

- Preheat oven to 325°. Line a roasting pan with foil. Place ham on a rack in prepared pan. Bake, covered, 1 hour., Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, whisk remaining ingredients until blended. Remove 1 cup mixture for glaze; reserve remaining mixture for sauce. Brush ham with some of the glaze mixture. Bake, uncovered, until a thermometer reads 140°, 35-45 minutes, brushing every 10 minutes with remaining glaze., Warm reserved sauce mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally; serve with ham.

- Score the ham, making 1/2-in.-deep diamond shapes; insert a clove in each diamond. Place ham in a 5-qt. slow cooker. In a large bowl, combine the pineapple, cranberry sauce, garlic, mustard and pepper; pour over ham., Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until a thermometer reads 140°. Remove meat to a cutting board and keep warm; remove and discard cloves., Transfer sauce to a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Combine cornstarch and water until smooth; gradually stir into pan. - In a small bowl combine the cranberry sauce, syrup, vinegar, and mustard. Set aside 1 cup of mixture for sauce.
- Line a shallow roasting pan with foil. Place ham on a rack in prepared pan. Cover and bake at 325 for 1 hour. Baste with some of the remaining cranberry mixture; bake 35-45 minutes longer or until a meat thermometer reads 140; basting with additional mixture every 10 minutes. Heat reserved sauce; serve with ham.

I made my own homemade cranberry sauce instead of using canned. This is the most delicious ham I've ever made. Sue Seymour of Valatie, New York says she serves this for brunch and dinner at family reunions, weddings, graduations, holiday gatherings, and other events. Steps:
- In a large bowl, combine the cranberry sauce, orange juice, steak sauce, oil, mustard, and brown sugar.
- Score the surface of the ham with shallow diagonal cuts, making diamond shapes.
- Place the ham in a 2-gallon resealable bag.
- Add half of the cranberry mixture. Seal bag and turn to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight, turning several times.
- Cover and refrigerate the remaining cranberry sauce.
- Drain and discard marinade from ham.
- Place ham on a rack in a foil-lined roasting pan.
- Cover with foil and bake at 325 for 1 3/4 hours.
- Place the reserved cranberry mixture in a small saucepan and heat through.
- Uncover ham and brush with cranberry mixture.
- Bake for 45 to 60 minutes or until the meat thermometer reads 140, brushing with cranberry mixture every 15 minutes.
- Warm remaining cranberry sauce and serve with ham.
