TATER-TOPPED SAUSAGE-EGG BAKE

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with cooking spray.
• In medium bowl, beat eggs, water and milk until fluffy. Fold in sausage and cheese.
• Pour egg mixture into baking dish. Top with frozen potatoes.
• Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until center is set. Serve immediately.

Steps:

• In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in soup. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk and pepper; stir in sausage mixture., Transfer to a lightly greased 2-qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 40-45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly spray a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
• Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir sausage and onion in the hot skillet until sausage is browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and cool.
• Meanwhile, whisk milk, eggs, onion powder, salt, garlic powder, and pepper together in a bowl.
• Spread sausage mixture over the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Pour egg mixture over the top. Layer with 1/2 of the Cheddar cheese and all of the potato nuggets. Cover with aluminum foil.

• Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease an 11x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
• Place cubed potatoes in a large microwave-safe bowl and partially cover with a lid. Microwave on high for 4 minutes. Remove from the microwave and spread on the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

• Beat eggs in a bowl and add milk. Pour beaten eggs over everything in the baking dish and move around a bit with a spoon to evenly disperse. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over top until well covered. Cover with aluminum foil.
• Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake until egg is set, about 1 more hour. If cheese starts to brown too much, cover again with foil for the rest of the baking time.

• In a large nonstick skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain if necessary. In a large bowl, combine the egg substitute, milk, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate overnight., Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake, covered, at 350° for 40 minutes. • In a bowl, beat the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
• Spread the sausage over the bottom of a glass 9×13-inch (35 cm x 25 cm) baking dish. Pour on the onion soup, and mix with the sausage.
