- Combine the jam, lychee syrup and lime juice in a large serving bowl. Whisk until smooth.
- Add the lychees, grapes, raspberries and blackberries and toss well. Refrigerate at least 20 minutes or up to 2 hours, tossing occasionally so the lychees turn red.
TEDDY BEAR SALAD
Steps:
- Mix berries with topping, crushing some of the berries to give color to the topping. Stir in sugar, mixing well. Fold in pecans and coconut.
- Refrigerate one hour at least, if possible, but can eat immediately, if desired. Stir in cinnamon flavored teddy bear graham crackers just before serving.
- If crackers aren't cinnamon flavored, add a dash of cinnamon to mixture. You can make this using frozen strawberries and chocolate teddy bear grahams.
