Steps:
- cut Chicken breasts in bite sized chunks, in a large plastic bag..marinade with the teriyaki sauce & smashed garlic cloves at least 1 hour or even better over night.
- In a wok...heat the oil, on high heat place the marinaded chicken breast...toss a few minutes, then put in the broccoli florets & Baby Corn...cover and cook another 10 mins on medium..... toss in the sesame seeds and add salt & pepper to taste.
- serve with Jasmine rice....YUMMY
TERIYAKI CHICKEN STIR-FRY
This teriyaki chicken stir-fry is something to make when you just don't know what to cook.

- Whisk teriyaki marinade, soy sauce, ginger, brown sugar, red pepper flakes, and black pepper together in a large glass or ceramic bowl. Add chicken and toss to evenly coat. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 5 hours.
- Heat a wok over medium-high heat. Add scallions, garlic, and oil; stir-fry for about 1 minute. Add broccoli, snow peas, and bell pepper; stir-fry for 2 minutes more. Add stir-fry sauce and mix until vegetables are coated.
- Remove chicken from the marinade and shake off excess. Discard the remaining marinade. Add chicken to the wok and stir-fry until chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 5 minutes.

- Prep the sauce: Add all of the ingredients required for the sauce to one small bowl and whisk together. Set aside for later.
- Cook the Chicken: Add 1 tablespoon sesame oil to a large wok or skillet over a high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken and cook quickly for a minute or two until just cooked. Cook the chicken in batches to prevent the pan from overcrowding. Transfer to a small plate and set aside.
- Cook the vegetables: Add the remaining 1 tablespoon oil to the wok/skillet. Add the sliced carrots and broccoli and cook 5 minutes. If the pan gets too dry, add 1-2 tablespoons water to keep everything from sticking.
- Add the sauce to the vegetables and cook another 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens and caramelises.
