- Fill a martini shaker half way with crushed ice, then add vodka and orange liqueur. Fill the rest of the way with champagne. Shake vigorously, and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with orange slices.

Steps:
- Brush 5 martini glasses with half lime juice and freeze.
- Shake the gin and vermouth with ice in a shaker. Get glasses out of freezer or empty ice out of glasses. Pour a few drops of hot sauce into the bottom of each martini glass. Pour gin mixture into the glasses.
- Stir very lightly and serve.

- Place the raspberries, lime juice, water and simple syrup in a blender and pulse until smooth.
- Place the vodka, raspberry sauce and Triple Sec in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake until cold. Stain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lime slice.

- Pour contents into glass and garnish with lime wedge. Serve.
