There are so many recipes for Italian dressing out there but I had to share mine. Because, of course, mine is the BEST! After the first time, you'll want to double this recipe.

Steps:
- Combine all ingredients in blender and process 2 minutes. Don't skip the blender and just stir it or shake it, it won't be as good.
- Chill at least 3 hours. It's best if you make it a day ahead and it just gets better with age.
REAL ITALIAN SALAD DRESSING,LITTLE ITALY
This recipe has been in our family for years given to us from a famous upstate NY italian resaurant that was posted in our local news paper back in the 60's.It's great on all typs of fresh greens of your choice. and very easy to make.

- In a small bowl mix all of the above until mixture is a creamy like consistancy. Pour over your salad or can be refriderated for later use. just Bring back to room temp before serving.

THE REALTOR'S PARMESAN SALAD DRESSING
What a great dressing this one is. It's very thick and almost like a dip. To thin it down, I add a little bit of milk until I get it to the consistency I like. You can do the same thing and make it just the way you like it- thick or thin- you choose.
