- Sauté the garlic and spinach in oil until the spinach wilts. Add the ricotta, parmesan, salt, and pepper, and stir until heated.
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Salt and pepper the chicken breasts, add the cheese mixture, and roll 'em up.
- Dip each chicken breast roll-up in the egg, then the breadcrumbs, and place in a 8×8 (20 x 20 cm) or 9×9 (22 x 22 cm) baking dish seam side down.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven and top with marinara sauce and mozzarella. Bake an additional 5 minutes. Remove from oven and top with basil.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Pound chicken breasts until thinned out. In a shallow dish or bowl mix together bread crumbs and cheese. Dip one side of each breast into melted butter or margarine, then into crumb/cheese mixture. - Heat broiler, with rack set 4 inches from heat. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place cutlets on work surface, and season with salt and pepper.

- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
- Cut about ¾ of the way through the chicken horizontally, making sure not to cut through the other side. Flip the chicken open and flat.
- Lay a sheet of plastic wrap on top of the chicken and pound it flatter using a pot or a pan. Remove the plastic wrap.
- Season with the salt, pepper, and garlic powder, rubbing the seasoning in evenly. Lay 2-3 slices of ham over the chicken, followed by 4 slices of provolone cheese.

- Boil the Chicken Breasts for 20 minutes, or until they are completely cooked.
- Remove them from the boiling water and let them cool.
- Once they have cooled, cut them into bite size pieces.
- Combined the Cooked Chicken, Cream of Chicken Soup, 2 Cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Salt and Black pepper in a large bowl and mix well.
- Remove the Crescent Rolls from the cans, separate them into the pre-cut triangles and roll them out slightly.
- Put 2 Heaping tablespoons of the chicken mixture in the middle of the triangle and fold the crescent rolls up.
- (The rolls should be overstuffed.) Put the rolls in a baking dish, seam side down.
- Put any remaining chicken mixture around the rolls.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until the tops of the crescent rolls are golden brown, remove, and cover the rolls with the other cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese.
