- Combine basil, Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup olive oil, walnuts, garlic, salt, and pepper in a blender; blend pesto until desired consistency, 5 to 8 minutes. Add 1 extra tablespoon olive oil at a time for a thinner pesto. Set aside.
- Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; stir in mushrooms, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Saute until mushrooms are tender, about 5 minutes. Set aside.
- Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1 naan and cook until crispy, about 2 minutes per side. Spread naan with a generous amount of pesto, and top with ricotta cheese, feta cheese, and sauteed mushrooms. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cook until cheese is melted. - Heat it up:Set up a grill with heat source, coals or gas, on one side over medium-high. Clean and lightly oil hot grill.
- Stretch it:On a lightly floured work surface, stretch or roll 1 piece Basic Grilled Pizza Dough or 4 ounces store-bought dough into a 10-inch-long oval or other desired shape. Brush one side lightly with Herb Oil or olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill it:Using your hands, place dough, oiled side down, directly over heat source. Brush dough with herb oil or olive oil and cook until underside is lightly charred and bubbles form all over top, 1 to 2 minutes. With tongs, flip dough and cook until lightly charred, 1 to 2 minutes. Slide dough to cooler side of grill.
- Top it:Top with cheeses, parsley, and red-pepper flakes; cover grill. Cook until cheese melts and toppings are heated through, 2 to 5 minutes.

- In a mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar; let stand for 5 minutes. Add 3 tablespoons oil, salt and 2 cups flour. Beat until smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a firm dough. Turn onto a lightly floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, bout 6-8 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
- Meanwhile, for pesto, place basil and garlic in a blender or food processor; cover and process until smooth. Transfer to a mixing bowl. Add cream cheese and remaining oil; beat until smooth. Set aside. In a skillet, cook sausage and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Set aside.
- Punch dough down. On a lightly floured surface, roll into a 15-in. x 10-in. rectangle. Transfer to a greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. build up edges slightly. Spread with pesto. Layer with the spaghetti sauce, Parmesan cheese, sausage mixture, mushrooms, olives and Monterey Jack cheese. Bake at 400 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.

- Move oven rack to lowest position. Heat oven to 450°F. Spray 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray. In large bowl, stir Bisquick mix, water and oil with fork until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes. Cover; let stand 8 minutes.
- Pat or press dough in bottom and 1 inch over side of pizza pan. Place string cheese along edge of dough, overlapping if necessary. Fold 1-inch edge of dough over and around cheese; press to seal.
- Bake 6 to 7 minutes or until lightly browned around edges.
- Spread pesto over warm crust. Sprinkle with 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese; top with bell peppers and remaining 3/4 cup cheese. Bake 11 to 14 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
