THREE INGREDIENT YOGURT BISCUITS
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 450°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk the flour and salt together in a large bowl. Make a well in the center of the flour and pour the yogurt into the center, and using a wooden spoon, mix the flour into the yogurt until dough forms. It may help to use your hands as well because the dough will be very very sticky.
- Sprinkle your work surface with a little flour, turn the dough out, sprinkle with a little flour and roll out dough to about 1 to 1 1/2-inches thick.
- Use a 2-inch biscuit cutter and cut out as many biscuits as you can from the dough. Re-roll the dough and cut out more biscuits. Repeat this until you have used all of the dough.
- Place the biscuits close together in the prepared pans. Bake for 10 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. Serve while warm.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. Make a hollow center and pour in the yogurt, stirring with a fork to pull the flour into the yogurt. Mix until a moist dough forms.
- Sprinkle flour onto a clean surface and turn out the dough. Fold in half, and pat down until it's about ½" thick. Flour again if necessary as you fold and turn out.
- Dip a 2" biscuit cutter into the flour and cut out biscuits, placing close together on a cake pan or baking sheet.
- Bake 10-14 minutes, until light, golden brown. Serve warm.

These biscuits are so delicious and they are made using no fat and just three ingredients. You can't get much better than that. The original recipe is from the cookbook "Southern Biscuits" They taste like you used sour dough batter. This is a keeper. Hope you will enjoy

- 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a large bowl, whisk flour and salt together. With you fist, make a hollow in the middle of your flour and pour in the yogurt. With a spoon or fork or your hand, slowly mix the flour in the yogurt. Mix until it forms a nice dough.
- 2. Sprinkle a clean dry surface with flour and turn out the dough onto the floured surface. Sprinkle the dough with flour also. Knead and fold in half. Pat down dough until it's about 1 1/2 inch thick. Dip a two inch biscuit cutter into flour and cut out biscuits. Place on baking sheet close together. Bake for 10 to 14 minutes until light gold brown. Serve hot.
