My son is a picky, picky eater and when I make this he eats it all! Every last piece. There is never any leftovers. Its easy and simple! We have taken it to parties, camping trips, picnics and have it at home about once a week. It is a huge hit and I am always handing out the recipe! Great with garlic bread in a work lunch too!!!! :) Enjoy!

Ingredients

1 lb cooked spiral shaped pasta (Fuselli, Rotini or Scooby Doo)
1/2 cucumber, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
1/2 red pepper, diced
1 roma tomato, diced
1/2 cup black olives, sliced and drained
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup wine vinegar (Red or White)
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon onion powder or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3 dashes pepper
salt

Steps:

Cook Pasta as per package directions. Drain and rinse with COLD water for a few minutes.
Wash, Dry and dice veggies while pasta is cooking.
Pour pasta into a large bowl and add diced veggies and olives.
In a jar (with lid) mix vinegar, oil and spices. Put lid on the jar and shake it well for about 3 minutes. Pour over veggie/pasta mixture and toss well (bowl with a secure lid is perfect for this).
Refrigerate until ready to serve!

1 pound penne
1 cup mayo
1/2 cup dijon mustard
1 tbs fresh thyme leaves
1 tbs fresh rosemary choppped
1 tbs old bay seasoning
1 tsp pepper
1 tbs dried parsley or 2 tbs fresh chopped.
1/2 cup diced red onion
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
1/2 cup diced carrot.
salt to taste.

Steps:

Boil the penne until al dente about 8-9 minutes.Drain in colander and spray with cool water to chill. Place in large bowl. Mix all remaining ingredients in med bowl. Fold into penne and stir until incorporated. Chill at least 2 hours and serve.

1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
3 lbs chicken drumsticks
3 cups corn flakes, crushed to crumbs
1 (8 1/4 ounce) can crushed pineapple
1/8 teaspoon salt

Steps:

Heat oven to 375. Line a baking pan with foil.
In large bowl, combine honey, ketchup, soy sauce, and ginger. Transfer 2 T of sauce to a small bowl. Add drumsticks to the large bowl of sauce, and toss to coat well. Place cornflake crumbs in a shallow bowl, coat drumsticks with crumbs, and place in prepared baking pan. Spray drumsticks with vegetable cooking spray. Bake 40 minute.
Add pineapple to reserved sauce in the small bowl; stir in salt. Serve with baked drumsticks.

Steps:

Boil the penne pasta for approx 8-10 minutes or until al dente. Drain and spray with cold water,drain again. Place pasta in large bowl. Mix with remaining ingredients season with some salt and pepper, Cover and chill. Before serving re stir top with some chopped scallions and more mayo if necessary.
