TOLL HOUSE CRUMBCAKE

Steps:
- For Topping:.
- In small bowl, combine 1 TB flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 2 TB softened butter.
- Mix well.
- Stir in nuts and 1/2 cup Nestle morsels.
- Set aside.
- For Cake:.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In small bowl, combine 2 cups flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda and 1/2 tsp salt.
- Set aside.
- In large bowl, combine 1/2 cup softened butter, 1 cup sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
- Beat until creamy.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Gradually beat in flour mixture alternately with sour cream.
- Fold in remaining 1 1/2 cups Nestle morsels.
- Spread into greased 13x9 inch baking pan.
- Sprinkle topping evenly over batter.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Cut into 2 inch squares.

TOLL HOUSE® CRUMBCAKE
This sour cream crumbcake is topped with a mixture of brown sugar, butter, nuts and mini chocolate chips. A special treat for morning, noon or night.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 13 x 9 inch pan.
- FOR TOPPING: COMBINE brown sugar, flour and butter in small bowl with pastry blender or two knives until crumbly. Stir in nuts and 1/2 cup morsels.
- FOR CAKE: COMBINE flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat granulated sugar, butter and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add flour mixture alternately with sour cream. Fold in remaining morsels. Spread into prepared baking pan; sprinkle with topping.
- BAKE for 25 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack.

Steps:
- Mix batter ingredients until well mixed and thick.
- Spoon batter into paper lined tins dividing evenly between 12 tins.
- Bake at 375F degrees for about 15 minutes or until golden.
- While that is baking, mix all filling ingredients together.
- Remove from the oven and spoon about 1 Tbs. filling into each cup equally.
- Bake again for about 15 minutes.
- Let cool then enjoy.

- For the crumb topping: In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 2 tablespoons butter. Stir in 1/2 cup nuts and 2 cups chocolate chips. Set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan. In a small bowl, combine 2 cups flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream 1/2 cup butter, 1 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla until light and creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour mixture alternately with sour cream. Beat until smooth. Fold in 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips.
- Spread batter into a 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle topping evenly over batter. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean. Cool completely.
