- Slowly add 3/4 cup water and knead.
- Roll baseball size piece of dough.
- Make hole in center, fill with treasure and seal with extra dough.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

- In a large bowl, combine the garlic, garlic salt and onion powder. Add plantains; cover with cold water. Soak for 30 minutes. , Drain plantains; place on paper towels and pat dry. In an electric skillet or deep fryer, heat oil to 375°. Add plantains, a few at a time, and cook for 30-60 seconds or until lightly browned. Remove with a slotted spoon; drain on paper towels., Place plantain pieces between two sheets of aluminum foil. With the bottom of a glass, flatten to 1/2-in. thickness. Fry 2-3 minutes longer or until golden brown. , Combine seasoning mix ingredients; sprinkle tostones with seasoning mix.

- Pour confectioners' sugar in a bowl. Gradually add milk, whisking constantly, until mixture has a thin frosting consistency; whisk in vanilla extract.
- Place chopped peanuts in a bowl. Line a flat surface or a plate with waxed paper.
- Dip 1 pound cake cube in frosting and roll cube in peanuts; place on wax paper to dry. Repeat with remaining pound cake pieces.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and white sugar. Beat in the egg then stir in the vanilla. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients. Mix in the chocolate chips, coconut and pecans. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place the cookies 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
