2 cups nonfat vanilla yogurt (recommended: Dannon Lite and Fit)
2 teaspoons lime juice
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 (15.25-ounce) can tropical fruit salad, drained (recommended: Dole)
1 banana, sliced
1 cup cinnamon granola cereal
Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish

Steps:

In a small bowl stir together yogurt, lime juice, and cayenne pepper; set aside.
Spoon 1/4 of drained fruit into the bottom of 2 wine or parfait glasses. Add 1/4 of the banana. Spoon 1/4 cup yogurt mixture over fruit and top with 1/4 cup of granola. Repeat layers.
Serve immediately garnished with a sprig of fresh mint.

3 passion fruit
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed, softened
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 can (20 oz.) pineapple chunks in juice, drained
2 large mangos, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2 large papayas, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
1-1/2 cups pomegranate seeds

Steps:

Cut off small ends of passion fruit. Scoop out pulp into mesh strainer placed over blender container. Press pulp with back of large spoon to extract juice into blender container. Add cream cheese and sugar to blender; blend until smooth.
Spoon 1/4 cup pineapple chunks into each of 12 parfait or dessert glasses. Cover each with layers of 1 Tbsp. cream cheese mixture, 1/4 cup mangos, additional 1 Tbsp. cream cheese mixture and 1/4 cup papayas.
Top each with 2 Tbsp. each COOL WHIP and pomegranate seeds.

Ingredients

1 cup banana, cut into chunks and frozen (generous)
1/2 cup apple juice (any combination of your choice!) or 1/2 cup orange juice (any combination of your choice!)
1/2 cup mango, chopped
1 large kiwi, ripe
1/4 cup granola cereal

Steps:

First blend the banana with the juice until very thick and creamy. Scoop out into a bowl.
Blend the mango and kiwi. Leave it just a little bit chunky.
In a large mug, layer alternately: banana puree, granola, mango/kiwi puree. Enjoy.

knob of butter , plus extra for greasing
75g caster sugar , plus extra for dusting
4 medium egg whites
6 ripe passion fruits , halved
150ml ready-made custard

Steps:

Heat oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. Put a baking tray on the top shelf to heat up. Grease 4 x 150ml ramekins with butter and dust the insides with caster sugar to coat.
Whisk the egg whites in a bowl until stiff. Add 1 tbsp of the sugar and whisk for 30 secs more until thick and glossy. In a separate bowl, scoop the pulp from 1 passion fruit into the custard, then fold in the whisked egg white. Spoon the mixture into the prepared ramekins and put on the hot baking tray. Bake for 15 mins until risen and golden on top.
While the soufflés are cooking, make the sauce. Scoop the remaining passion fruit pulp into a saucepan, add the remaining sugar and simmer gently for 5 mins. Finally add a knob of butter and stir until melted. Pass through a sieve and serve in a jug with the hot soufflés as soon as they come out of the oven. Let your guests break a hole in the centre of their soufflé, then pour in the sauce.
