TRUE LEMON CHICKEN
I wanted to make Lemon Chicken like the Chinese restaurants have. After trying many recipes, I found one that was OK. I played with the recipe and tweeked it to my liking...a Lemon Sauce that is lemony with a good balance of sweet. I hope you enjoy this as much as I do.

Steps:
- CHICKEN: Saute cubed chicken in olive oil until done.
- Set aside.
- SAUCE: In a small sauce pan, combine first 7 ingredients and bring to a low boil.
- Slowly stir in cornstarch solution.
- Depending on how thick you want the sauce determines how much cornstarch solution you use.
- Careful- sauce tends to boil up when cornstarch solution is added.
- Serve chicken over a bed of rice.
- Pour sauce over chicken& rice.
- Enjoy!
CHINESE TAKE-AWAY-STYLE LEMON CHICKEN RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: chicken breast, lemon zest, garlic, soy sauce, salt, pepper, flour, eggs, panko breadcrumbs, oil, chicken stock, lemon zest, lemon, sugar, water, corn flour

Steps:
- Combine all marinade ingredients with the chicken breast and leave for 20 minutes.
- Coat the chicken breast first in flour, then eggs, and finally panko breadcrumbs.
- In a medium-sized saucepan heat the oil to 325˚F (170°C),
- Deep fry the breaded chicken for about 3-4 minutes until the coating is golden brown.
- In a small frying pan, combine the chicken stock, lemon juice, and sugar. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Mix the corn flour with the water, then add the mixture to the frying pan to thicken the sauce.
- Add the chicken to the frying pan and coat with the lemon sauce.
- Serve on top of rice. (We garnished ours with green onions and sesame seeds.)

EASY LEMON CHICKEN
This recipe is a family favorite. I have two very picky eaters in my house, and they simply cannot get enough of this dish!

Steps:
- Dredge chicken in flour.
- In medium skillet, melt butter and oil until it sizzles.
- Saute chicken until cooked through.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Add lemon juice to chicken stock and whisk into skillet.
- Whisk in flour and cook until mixture boils.
- Reduce heat to a simmer and return chicken to skillet to heat through.
- Cook until sauce is desired consistency.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve.

CHICKEN WITH CREAMY REALEMON® SAUCE
These chicken breasts topped with a creamy lemon sauce and chives add lots of flavor and zest to your family's meal!

Steps:
- Rinse chicken; pat dry. Combine 1/4 cup flour, salt, and pepper in a plastic bag. Add chicken, a few at a time, shaking to coat.
- Cook chicken in hot margarine or butter in large skillet over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes or until tender and no longer pink, turning once. Reduce heat as necessary during cooking to prevent overbrowning. Remove from skillet, reserving any drippings. Keep warm.
- For sauce, combine broth and 3 tablespoons flour in screw-top jar. Cover and shake well; add to skillet. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1 minute longer. Stir in ReaLemon® and sugar; heat through. Serve sauce over chicken. Sprinkle with chives.
