TUNA PUFF SANDWICHES
My husband and I can't get enough of this great supper sandwich. The cheese-covered tomato slices top off the mild tuna salad deliciously. Sometimes, I replace the tuna with canned salmon, ham, chicken or turkey. How could something so good be so easy?

Steps:
- In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup mayonnaise, green pepper, onion, mustard and Worcestershire sauce; stir in tuna. Spread over each bun half; top each with a tomato slice. Arrange sandwiches on a baking sheet., In another bowl, combine the cheese and remaining mayonnaise; spoon cheese mixture over tomato. Bake at 400° for 11-13 minutes or until topping is puffy and golden brown.

EASY CHEESY TUNA CASSEROLE
Steps:
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon oil to the water to prevent sticking. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a 2 quart saucepan over medium heat, combine the cream of mushroom soup, mixed vegetables, canned tuna, and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese. Gently fold pasta into the soup mixture and mix thoroughly. Pour pasta and soup mixture into a 11x7 inch baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cup of cheese on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Steps:
- Heat to boiling 1 cup water and 1/2 cup b utter.
- Stir in 1 cup flour and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
- Stir all together until mixture leaves pan and forms a ball (about 1 minute).
- Take off heat and cool, beat in 4 eggs, one at a time.
- Beat mixture until smooth and glossy.
- Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet {1/2 teaspoon batter 2 inches apart).
- Bake in 450°F oven 15-20 minutes.
- Cool and split in halves.
- Fill with tuna fish salad.
- Makes 50-75 puffs.
ASIAGO TOASTED CHEESE PUFFS

- Preheat the broiler.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Asiago, garlic, mayonnaise, oregano, thyme, parsley, salt and pepper. If the mixture does not hold together well, add more mayonnaise, if desired.
- On a baking sheet, arrange the baguette slices in a single layer. Spread the Asiago mixture on the slices. Broil for 3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and lightly browned. Serve immediately.

- Grease an 8-inch square baking dish. Place 4 bread slices in bottom of dish layer tuna over bread. Cover with cheese. Spread both sides of remaining bread slices with margarine place over cheese. Combine remaining ingredients pour over bread slices. Let stand at least 15 minutes. Bake in a preheated 350° F oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Cut into squares.Note: To make a ham and cheese puff, substitute 1 cup ham for tuna, and use Swiss cheese instead of Cheddar.
