2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tomatoes, diced
1 cup cooked turkey, chopped
1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
1 teaspoon basil
pepper
French bread

Steps:

  • Mix oil and garlic.
  • Microwave until bubbly.
  • Paint bread with oil.
  • Broil.
  • Toss tomato, turkey, cheese and spice.
  • Spoon unto bread.
  • Broil.

1 Tbsp. KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
2 slices Italian bread (1/2 inch thick)
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Shaved Cracked Black Pepper Turkey Breast
1 KRAFT DELI DELUXE Process 3 Cheese Garlic & Herb Cheese Slice
2 fresh basil leaves
2 thin tomato slices

Steps:

  • HEAT panini grill to medium heat.
  • FILL bread slices with turkey, cheese, basil and tomatoes.
  • SPREAD outside of sandwich with mayo.
  • GRILL 3 min.or until golden brown.
  • If You Don't Have a Panini Grill: Heat skillet on medium heat. Cook sandwich 5 min. on each side or until cheese is melted and sandwich is golden brown on both sides, gently pressing down top of sandwich with a spatula to flatten slightly as it cooks.
  • Substitute: Substitute 2 tsp. KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing and Marinade for the mayo.
  • Take Along: If packing for a brown-bag lunch, spread mayo on inside of sandwich and serve cold.

  • Season turkey breast on both sides with Italian seasoning, freshly ground pepper, and kosher salt. In a large skillet over medium heat, add 2 teaspoons of olive oil. Once pan and oil is heated, add seasoned turkey breast to the skillet.
  • Cook until turkey is golden brown on one side (about 5-7 minutes); flip continuing to cook until both sides are golden and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes total depending on the thickness of the turkey breast.
  • While turkey is cooking, in a small bowl, mix together tomatoes, basil, garlic and shallot. Drizzle with a teaspoon of olive oil and season with black pepper.
  • Serve turkey breast topped with tomato mixture, Parmesan cheese and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
