8 graham crackers, crushed or broken
2 pint rocky road ice cream
1 cup hot fudge sauce, from dessert topping aisle of market
Store bought prepared whipped cream in a spray canister
Chopped nuts and red cherries, optional

Steps:

  • Place crushed grahams in the bottom of dessert bowls or sundae dishes. Top with rocky road ice cream, 2 big scoops for each dessert. Heat hot fudge in microwave and pour over ice cream. Top with whipped cream, nuts and a cherry.

¼ cup frozen berries
1 tablespoon white sugar
2 tablespoons vegan chocolate chips
1 tablespoon vegan margarine
3 tablespoons soy milk or soy creamer
1 (8 ounce) container vanilla soy yogurt
1 tablespoon chopped nuts

Steps:

  • Toss berries with sugar in a microwave safe bowl. Cook in the microwave for 40 seconds at full power until thawed.
  • Place chocolate chips and margarine in a microwave safe bowl. Cook in the microwave at 60% power for 45 seconds until melted. Use a fork to stir until smooth, then stir in soy milk until incorporated; set aside.
  • Spoon the soy yogurt into a small bowl, then spoon fruit overtop. Pour on chocolate sauce and sprinkle with nuts.
