VEGAN WHITE CHOCOLATE!
After becoming Vegan 6 Months ago, I have been on the look-out for Vegan White Chocolate with no prevail. But I found a recipe online and modified it a little and here you go, the ever elusive VEGAN WHITE CHOCOLATE!!! (You can eat it as a bar or chop it up and use it in Vegan White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies- My Recipe will be posted soon!) P.S. You can find all of the ingredients at Whole Foods!

Yield 3 1/2 Ounces, 2-3 serving(s)
Number Of Ingredients 6
- Melt the Cocoa Butter on the top part of a double boiler (2 sauce pans that are the same size, put a little bit of water for boiling in the bottom one and turn the stove on high, put the Cocoa Butter in the top pan and put the pan on top of the bottom pan and watch it melt).
- Mix the Powdered Sugar with the Soy Milk Powder & salt in a small bowl and set aside.
- When the Butter is done melting, pour it into the powder mixture and mix until smooth.
- Add the Vanilla Extract and mix until smooth.
- Pour into whatever mold you wish (Ice Cube trays work too).
- Put in Fridge and chill until firm.

VEGAN WHITE CHOCOLATE
Its been hard for me to find Vegan White Chocolate, so i decided to make some myself! I love the flavour of White Chocolate, and this chocolate is delicious grated over desserts or even melted and drizzled over Ice-cream/to dip in your favourite Fruits! Only containing 4 ingredients, its a MUST MAKE! It's also Dairy-free!

Yield Makes 1 medium slab
Number Of Ingredients 0
- Pour some boiling water into the small saucepan and heat. Place a bowl ontop creating a ban-marie and add in the Cocoa Butter.
- Allow the Cocoa Butter to melt fully, then add in the Coconut Oil. Make sure to keep the mixture moving using a Metal whisk or fork. If you use a wooden spoon, this will apply moisture & you'll have to start again!
- Once both ingredients have fully melted, turn off the heat and add in the Vanilla & Sugar.
- Using an Electric Whisk, whizz up the ingredients until fully combined & smooth.
- Carefully pour the delicious chocolate into a lined tray or tin, cover with cling film and place into the Freezer. The chocolate will take around an hour to set!
- Make sure you keep the Chocolate in the fridge, as it has a tendency to melt if left out! Once fully solid, remove from the Freezer and enjoy immediately. Keep stored in the Fridge in a sealed container.
