1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
2 cups ORE-IDA Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes
1 can (10 oz.) RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, drained
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
6 eggs
2 Tbsp. water

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Brown sausage in large ovenproof skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat; drain. Return sausage to skillet. Add potatoes and tomatoes; stir. Cook 5 min.; stir. Top with VELVEETA.
  • Whisk eggs and water until blended; pour over ingredients in skillet.
  • Bake 20 to 25 min. or until egg mixture is set in center and VELVEETA is melted. Let stand 5 min. before cutting to serve.

1 pkg. (12 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Natural Uncured Beef Sausage, sliced
1 green pepper, chopped
2-1/4 cups water
1 pkg. (14.3 oz.) VELVEETA CHEESY SKILLETS Dinner Kit Jambalaya

Steps:

  • Cook and stir sausage and peppers in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 to 7 min. or until sausage is lightly browned and peppers are crisp-tender. Add water, Seasoning Mix and Pasta; stir. Bring to boil; cover.
  • Simmer on medium-low heat 11 to 13 min. or until pasta is tender and most the water is absorbed, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
  • Stir in VELVEETA Cheese Sauce.

1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed
2 tablespoons butter
1 pound smoked kielbasa or Polish sausage, halved lengthwise and cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) stewed tomatoes
1 cup chicken broth
1 medium green pepper, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1-1/2 cups uncooked instant rice
1/2 teaspoon salt, optional
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook the chicken in butter over medium heat until no longer pink. Add the kielbasa, tomatoes, broth, green pepper and onion; bring to a boil. Stir in the rice, salt if desired and hot pepper sauce. Remove from the heat; cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
