1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 ready-to-use baked pizza crust (12 inch)
1 can (10 oz.) RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, well drained
1/4 cup HEINZ Tomato Ketchup
1 cup shredded lettuce

Steps:

Heat oven to 400ºF.
Brown meat in medium skillet; drain. Return meat to skillet; stir in VELVEETA.
Place pizza crust on baking sheet. Mix tomatoes and ketchup; spread onto crust. Top with meat mixture.
Bake 10 min. Top with lettuce.

Ingredients

1 can (10 oz.) RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
2 pouches (4 oz. each) VELVEETA Cheese Sauce Original, divided
1 can (11 oz.) refrigerated thin crust pizza dough
1 cup shredded lettuce

Steps:

Heat oven to 400ºF.
Drain tomatoes, reserving liquid. Brown meat in medium skillet, adding reserved tomato liquid for the last 5 min.; drain. Return meat to skillet; stir in half the cheese sauce.
Unroll pizza dough; cut in half. Press half the dough onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate. Spread meat onto bottom of crust; top with tomatoes and half the remaining cheese sauce.
Roll out remaining dough to 9-inch circle; place over pie. Seal edges with fork.
Bake 15 min. or until golden brown. Top with lettuce and remaining cheese sauce.

1 unbaked prepared pizza crust (I make mine in the bread machine)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 cups prepared pizza sauce
1/2-1 lb Velveeta cheese, cheese thinly sliced

Steps:

Prepare pizza crust in the pan or stone that you are using.
Arrange slices of Velveeta to cover crust within 1/2 inch of edges.
Drizzle sauce evenly over Velveeta.
Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella.
Bake at 450°F for approx 20 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
Let sit for approx 10 minutes before slicing.

1 pound ground beef
1 pound ground pork sausage
1 pound processed cheese food
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 (1 pound) loaf cocktail rye bread

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a medium baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Place ground beef and ground pork sausage in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain and set aside.
Place processed cheese food in a large, microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high 3 to 4 minutes, or until processed cheese food is melted.
Into the bowl with melted processed cheese food, mix Worcestershire sauce and ketchup. When thoroughly blended, mix in beef and pork.
Place approximately 2 tablespoons of the mixture on each slice of cocktail rye bread.
Arrange cocktail rye bread slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven 10 to 15 minutes, or until lightly browned and crisp.
