SKILLET BEEF AND MACARONI

Steps:
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef and onion until the meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally, 20-25 minutes. Add more water if needed.

WESTERN TRAIL BEEF AND MACARONI
I found this on a package of beef stock and this recipe is basically unchanged from that. I found there to be a bit too much liquid and after cooking the pasta I needed to boil it down slightly to thicken it up some.

- Brown the beef and onions then drain.
- Combine remaining ingredients with the browned beef and onion.
- Cook for 10 minutes covered (until the pasta becomes tender).
- Serve with cheddar or parmesan cheese if desired.

Steps:
- 1. Place chopped onions, bell peppers, and ground beef in large skillet that has been sprayed with Pam. Cook until ground beef is well done.
- 2. Cook elbow noodles in water for 9 minutes.
- 3. Add both cans of tomato soup to the cooked and drained ground beef. Simmer until the noodles are cooked.
- 4. Drain noodles and add to mix. Stir well.
