- Combine brown sugar, butter, rum, molasses, mustard, and cider vinegar in a large saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, and reduce heat to low. Simmer, stirring constantly, until sugar has melted and the glaze has thickened, about 8 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

- Combine sugar with water to achieve the desired consistency in a small bowl. Add vanilla extract or orange juice (or lemon or lime juice).
- To tint the glaze: Place small quantities in several small bowls. Add a little food coloring to each bowl and mix well. (Paste food colors give the most vivid results.) Allow glazed cookies to dry completely before packaging or storing.

This was based off a chocolate chip recipe, but it isn't at all like it! It only lasts two nights in our house, it's that good. The yogurt makes it deliciously moist.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 8x12-inch baking pan.
- Combine buckwheat flour, sugar, almond meal, oats, coconut flakes, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Cut in coconut oil with a pastry blender until dough is well-mixed and crumbly.
- Mix yogurt, grapeseed oil, and milk together in a bowl. Add to buckwheat flour mixture. Fold in blueberries until just combined. Spread into prepared baking pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 20 to 25 minutes.

WARM GINGERBREAD WITH LEMON GLAZE

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine butter and hot water in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk until the butter melts. Add molasses and egg, and stir with a whisk until blended. Lightly soon flour into dry measuring cups, and level with a knife. Combine flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, salt, and cloves. Add flour mixture to the molasses mixture, stirring just until moist.
- Spoon batter into a 9 inch cake pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool gingerbread in the pan on a wire rack for 15 minutes.
- Combine sugar and lemon juice, stirring until well blended. Pierce top of gingerbread liberally with a wooden skewer. Pour glaze over gingerbread. Cool completely.
- Tope each serving with the whipped topping. Sprinkle gingerbread with cinnamon and garnish if desired with lemon slices.
