1 mini watermelon, seedless
1 cup vodka, chilled
1/4 cup triple sec, chilled
1/3 cup Cointreau, chilled
Juice of 3 limes
Sugar cane sticks (optional garnish)
Mint sprigs (optional garnish)

Steps:

Remove the skin off the mini watermelon with a knife or vegetable peeler. Slice the watermelon pulp into 2" pieces. Place all of the pulp into a blender and blend until smooth. Add the chilled vodka, triple sec, Cointreau, and lime juice to the blender and mix until completely incorporated. Pour the prepared mixture into chilled cocktail glasses. Garnish with sugar cane sticks and a sprig of mint, if desired. Serve immediately.

Blend watermelon in a blender until smooth; strain through a fine mesh strainer and discard pulp. Pour strained watermelon juice, and vodka into a cocktail shaker filled with ice; strain into a glass. Squeeze lime juice into the cocktail.

Pour 3 cups of the watermelon puree into a pitcher; add 3 cups vodka, 1 cup lime juice and 1 cup of the simple syrup. Serve over ice and garnish with mint.
