Watermelon White Wine Spritzer image

This watermelon white wine spritzer is the perfect summer drink recipe. It's easy to make and a delicious way to keep cool.

Number Of Ingredients 5

6 oz white wine (chilled)
2 oz watermelon sparkling juice/water
½ lime
Ice
Garnish with watermelon or lime or flowers

Steps:

  • Fill 2 wine glasses with ice.
  • Pour 3 oz of the white wine into each glass.
  • Pour 1 oz of watermelon sparkling juice on top of the wine.
  • Squeeze a little lime into each glass.
  • Garnish and enjoy!

Number Of Ingredients 4

4 cups cubed seedless watermelon
3/4 cup frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
2-1/2 cups carbonated water
Lime slices

Steps:

  • Place watermelon in a blender. Cover and process until blended. Strain and discard pulp; transfer juice to a pitcher. Stir in limeade concentrate. Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight., Just before serving, stir in carbonated water. Garnish servings with lime slices.
