- Place watermelon in a blender. Cover and process until blended. Strain and discard pulp; transfer juice to a pitcher. Stir in limeade concentrate. Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight., Just before serving, stir in carbonated water. Garnish servings with lime slices.

- Pour 1 oz of watermelon sparkling juice on top of the wine.

WATERMELON BLUEBERRY KOMBUCHA WINE SPRITZER
Steps:
- In a mortar and pestle, muddle the blueberries with the watermelon until there are no large chunks left.
- Pour in the wine, gin and muddled blueberries/watermelon into a pitcher. Let sit in the fridge for at least 15 minutes and no longer than 2 hours to infuse the flavors of the fruit.
- When you are ready to serve, pour in your kombucha. At this point, you can serve the cocktail as is, or strain it through a strainer to get the muddled fruit pieces out for a smoother sip. Enjoy!
