Steps:
- Combine paprika, allspice and oregano in a large container with a lid. Add chicken and 2 teaspoons of the oil. Season with salt and pepper. Close container lid and shake to coat chicken. Marinate in fridge for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Place potatoes, onions, capsicums and whole garlic cloves in a large baking dish. Drizzle over remaining oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine. Bake for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, lightly spray a large non-stick frying pan with oil and heat over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 2-3 minutes each side or until golden. Transfer chicken to tray with vegetables. Bake for a further 15 minutes or until chicken and potatoes are cooked through. Serve sprinkled with parsley.

- Combine onion, scallion lengths, habanero, garlic, ginger, lime juice, oil, soy sauce, molasses, jerk seasoning, and allspice in blender; process until mixture forms a paste. Transfer 1/4 cup of paste to cup; cover and refrigerate.
- Combine chicken and remaining seasoning paste in large zip-close plastic bag. Squeeze out air and seal bag; massage paste onto chicken. Refrigerate 8 hours or up to overnight.
- Transfer chicken and seasoning paste to 5- or 6-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook until chicken is tender, 4-5 hours on Low.
- Preheat broiler. Line rimmed baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick spray.
- With tongs, transfer chicken to prepared baking sheet. Brush top of chicken with reserved 1/4 cup seasoning paste. Spray chicken with nonstick spray. Broil until golden in spots, about 3 minutes. Sprinkle with sliced scallion and serve with lime wedges.

- Add turkey and toss to coat; set aside for 15 minutes.

- Prepare chicken pieces and place them in a large ziploc bag.
- Add spices to the chicken and shake to coat.

- Add the chicken, cook 3 minutes.

- In the skillet, combine the broccoli and water, stirring to scrape up the browned bits from the bottom of the pan; cook, covered, until tender-crisp, 3-4 minutes.
