HOISIN BARBECUE SAUCE
This easy version of Chinese barbecue sauce can be whipped up in less than 15 minutes and it is great on shrimp, chicken, pork tenderloin, and pork chops. Once prepared, the sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for up two weeks. This batch makes about 1½ cups, but you can double or halve the recipe as needed.

- In small saucepan, cook all ingredients over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sauce starts to simmer. Reduce heat to low and cook to desired consistency, about 5 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving. Store sauce in covered plastic or glass container and refrigerate for up to 1 week.

NO-COOK TOMATO BARBECUE SAUCE
This sauce is nice and sweet from the honey, has a smoky kick thanks to the paprika and Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard gives it vinegary heat. Bonus: It takes just 5 minutes to make, and you should have most of the ingredients already on hand. You can use this versatile sauce on boneless pork chops, chicken thighs, burgers, or steak. It makes a big batch that you can keep in the fridge.

WEIGHT WATCHERS BBQ SAUCE
This is from a new WW cookbook - MIx It & Match It and I just love it on ANYTHING - but especially chicken. This recipe uses drumsticks but I like chicken tenderloinds grilled & tossed in teh sauce and put on top of a large salad. Wings are really good too - which arent really WW friendly - so DH takes them to poker night! Hope you like it - scales VERY well 2 Drumsticks is 4 WW Points

FAMILY FRIENDLY WW BARBECUE SAUCE
This sauce is so versatile, it meets all my family's taste. It is a recipe that I got from the Weight Watchers Favorite Recipes. Made as written, it is 1/2 fat exchange and 30 optional calories(58 calories and 2 g fat) for two tablespoons of the sauce. This was a book that was out before the point system, but it is 1 point for both 1 or 2 servings of the sauce in the point system. Two of us like a zesty sauce with a little heat and the other two like more heat in their sauce. I make the sauce and then remove half of it to one bowl for the milder tastes and add more red pepper or red pepper sauce(hot sauce) to the rest. I triple the amounts of this recipe for our family.

- Combine first 7 ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes.
- Set aside 1/2 cup sauce; keep warm.
- Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium-hot coals (350 to 400 degrees).
- Place chicken, bone side up, on rack; grill, covered, 8 minutes on each side or until done, turning once and basting with remaining barbecue sauce.
- Serve with reserved 1/2 cup barbecue sauce.

- Combine 2 tsp of the brown sugar, the chili powder, cumin, pepper, and salt in a small bowl.
- Spray a small saucepan with nonstick spray and heat over medium-low.
- Add the onion and cook, stirring frequently, until softened, about 4 minutes.
- Add 1 tbls of the spice mixture, the remaining 1 tsp of brown sugar, the ketchup, water, steak sauce, and Worcestershire sauce; bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and cook, covered, stirring occasionally, until the flavors are blended, 10 minutes.
- Set aside and keep warm.
- Spray the grill rack with nonstick spray and heat the grill to medium high or prepare a medium-hot fire.
- Rub the steaks with the remaining spice mixture.
- Place on the grill rack and grill until an instant read-thermometer inserted into the side of each steak registers 130 degrees, 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Transfer to a platter, cover loosely with foil, and let stand 5 minutes (until the temperature increases to 135 degrees for medium rare).
- Serve with the sauce.
