Mix up your pizza night with this delicious and easy white chicken pizza recipe. Made with naan bread with an Alfredo sauce base, this is perfect when you need a tasty pizza fix in a hurry!

4 naan breads
½ cup alfredo sauce
2 cups grated gouda cheese
2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
2 roma tomatoes (diced)
2 green onions (sliced)
6 tablespoons cooked crumbled bacon

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 ℉.
  • Place naan breads on two baking sheets. Spread each with two tablespoons of alfredo sauce. Sprinkle each with ½ cup gouda cheese, ½ cup chopped cooked chicken, 1 ½ tablespoons cooked crumbled bacon, chopped tomatoes and green onions.
  • Place pans in oven and cook for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.

1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
1 (14-ounce) round prebaked Italian pizza crust
9 slices (3/4-ounce) Land O Lakes® Provolone Cheese cut into thin strips
1 cup skinned, boned, shredded deli rotisserie chicken
2 tablespoons coarsely chopped parsley

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 450°F.
  • Melt Butter with Olive Oil in 1-quart saucepan over low heat; add garlic. Cook 5-6 minutes or until garlic is softened but not browned.
  • Place pizza crust onto large ungreased baking sheet. Spread garlic butter evenly over crust; sprinkle with half of cheese. Evenly spread chicken and parsley over crust. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 9-11 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.

1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 cup warm water
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt
2-3/4 to 3-1/4 cup flour
TOPPINGS
3 tbsp. olive oil
1-2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced thin
1 small onion, chopped
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
dash cayenne pepper
1 tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
1 tbsp. fresh rosemary
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 to 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 to 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • Dissolve yeast in warm water; add oil and salt, then gradually stir in flour. Knead on a floured surface until smooth and elastic. Let dough rest about 10 mintes, then pat into a large baking sheet. Crust should be on the thin side, not deep-dish style. Heat 1 tbsp. of olive oil in skillet. Cook chicken breasts along with onion, garlic, and cayenne until chicken is no longer pink. Add mushrooms and basil and cook another minute or two. Brush entire empty crust generously with olive oil. Sprinkle rosemary over crust and garnish edges with sprigs of rosemary. Add skillet toppings and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 until crust is golden (10-12 minutes).

2 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1/2 lb.)
1 ready-to-use thin baked pizza crust (12 inch)
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
3/4 cup POLLY-O Natural Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
1/3 cup chopped red bell peppers
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. coarsely chopped fresh basil leaves

Steps:

  • Heat grill for indirect grilling: Light one side of grill, leaving other side unlit. Close lid; heat grill to 400ºF.
  • Mix dressing and garlic. Drizzle 3 Tbsp. over chicken in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of breasts. Refrigerate 5 min.
  • Place chicken over lit area of grill; cook 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165ºF). Cool slightly; cut into bite-size pieces.
  • Brush pizza crust with remaining dressing mixture; top with all remaining ingredients except basil.
  • Place pizza on grill over unlit area; cover. Grill 12 to 15 min. or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown, monitoring for consistent grill temperature. Sprinkle with basil.

1 mama mia's thin pizza crust (or any store bought or homemade crust or dough)
1 large chicken breast, grilled and diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
1 -2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
chopped fresh basil (optional)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar

Steps:

  • Mix together all the ingredients for the sauce until well combined; set aside.
  • Preheat grill to 400 degrees F.
  • Brush olive oil on both sides of the pizza crust. Place the crust top side down on the grill and grill for 2-3 minutes. The crust should just start to brown. Carefully remove from grill and flip over.
  • Spread the sauce on the cooked side of the crust and top with chicken, tomatoes and then cheese.
  • Place back on the grill and grill for 2-3 minutes. Move pizza to indirect heat and finish grilling another 4-5 minutes or until the cheese has melted and is nice and bubbly. Carefully remove from grill and allow to cool. Add chopped basil, slice and serve. Enjoy!

1/4 ounce dry active yeast (typical envelope package size)
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
3 cups flour
1 cup warm water
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 chicken breasts
2 tablespoons canola oil
6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons butter, melted
8 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 tablespoon garlic powder
10 white mushrooms, sliced
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup shredded asiago cheese
cornmeal, for dusting
flour, for dusting

Steps:

  • In a food processor combine the warm water, yeast and sugar.
  • Let proof for 5 minutes.
  • Add 2 T's olive oil and salt.
  • Pulse for 2-3 times.
  • Add flour 1 cup at a time, pulsing to combine.
  • Dough should form a ball and be thumping around your processor.
  • Place 1 T. Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a bowl.
  • Turn dough out onto a lightly floured counter and give it a few turns to form a ball.
  • Place in bowl with the oil and turn a few times to coat.
  • Cover with a towel and place in a warm spot to rise for 30 minutes.
  • Meanwhile:.
  • Preheat oven with pizza stone to 450 degrees.
  • In a heavy skillet add the 2 T's canola oil and over medium heat saute the chicken breasts, turning once.
  • After 15 minutes remove chicken to a cutting board and slice thin.
  • Return to skillet and finish cooking, until meat is no longer pink.
  • Using a slotted spoon remove chicken to cutting board and chop well.
  • In a medium bowl combine 3 T's Extra Virgin Olive Oil, red pepper flakes, oregano, basil, garlic powder and salt.
  • Add chicken and toss well.
  • Set aside.
  • In a blender or food processor combine remaining Extra Virgin Olive Oil, butter and minced garlic.
  • Puree to a paste.
  • Slice mushrooms to desired thickness.
  • *Remove dough from bowl and divide.
  • Lightly flour your counter and roll out dough using a rolling pin to very thin (as in I know I cant get it any thinner).
  • Carefully remove stone from oven and place on it's rack.
  • Turn heat up to 500 degrees.
  • Using your rolling pin roll crust onto pin, unroll over hot stone.
  • Cover dough with your garlic paste.
  • Sprinkle on cooked chicken and sliced mushrooms.
  • Top with mozzarella, then asiago.
  • Carefully place stone back into oven on middle rack.
  • Bake pizza for about 8 minutes, or until desired brownness is reached.
  • 8 minutes gave us a nicely browned crust that was crisp.
  • Serve Hot.
  • *This Recipe makes one complete pizza. Freeze remaining dough for another night, or make another pizza.
  • Cooking time reflects time to bake pizza.
